I submitted a 52 page inspection report with items to be repaired under the warranty,in January 2015. My home is still in need of repairs.I purchased my home in January of 2014. I submitted my 1-year warranty claim well before the due date. To date my home is still of need of repairs covered under the warranty. The AC has issues, the floors on both levels need repairs and several other things in the home need repair. I have tried for months to reach someone via phone and email and have not heard back from anyone. Desired SettlementI would like for all the repairs to be done, as guaranteed under my warranty.
