I am rejecting this response because: I am happy to receive the warranty registration document That is a step in the right direction Please note that my last name is misspelled It is ***, not *** I hope that does not complicate things However, I cannot withdraw my complaint until I receive the warranty documents from GAF Once I receive those records, I will withdraw my complaint
