We called peachtree and all started out well but quickly turned as they do not adhere to what they say and or agree upon on the phoneThey quickly turned and still to this date are predators and continue to harass us after repeated phone calls and emails to themI will be calling the attorney General in NY and my local congressman to see what my options are being they just will not leave us alone I would not recommend this company to anyone, they fail in every way possible to be customer friendly and make any chance of doing business possible Save yourself time and tons of aggravation look elsewhere

I have been receiving calls from these guys for years now...they will not stop calling me I would never suggest this company to anyone...please be aware you if you call you will need to change your phone number for this company to stop calling you

This business is Misleading and Dishonest
All started out good, with repeated promises of approval for a pre-settlement loan after weeks of stringing me along telling me the loan was approved over and over againthe week it was deniedThe promise was Misleading & Totally Dishonest I understand this is a common practice for Peachtree to keep you from approaching a another company Don't waste your time with peachtree.Do Go With Another Company!!!

I have reached out to Peachtree four times about the application I submitted six days ago, however they have yet to follow up as expectedMy attorney tried to reach Peachtree on two separate occasions and his call was answered by a representative who transferred him into another queue with a wait time of over minutes each timeI still have yet to receive a call back from someone after being assured I would get a call back by 5pm CST today (it is now 11pm CST)I am most likely going to move on to a different company if I don't get a resolution within hours

1.We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused *** ***. We have removed all contact information from our records. If he should ever be contacted by anyone from our company again, he can call me directly at ***

I’m not sure what the complainant means by “more permanent proof.”  Does he have a suggestion?  I have instructed the person in charge of these matters to delete all contact information.  He has informed me that he has done so.

I just want to say that I accidentally answered a phone call from an unknown number. It happened to be someone from Peachtree with an offer. I told him I wasn't interested but he insisted on transferring me to someone else. I said I was at work and didn't have time for it but he transferred me anyway. I waited for a second but literally had no time. I answered one more time saying I was not interested. I now receive mail almost every day from them. I emailed someone on a business card that came with some of the offers telling them to not contact me. I really just want them to stop spamming my mailbox. I wasn't interested, and I'm still not. Please take this as a way to unsubscribe from all of your offers! Do not contact me. I have found no other way of easily contacting someone about this.
