Peachtree Pest Control

In response to the complaint case #*** Mr*** signed a contract to provide pest control service with Peachtree pest control dated on 03-07-As per the agreement he signed the services were rendered on the dates provided earlier After numerous attempts to reach Mr*** we had
not heard from him until now years later Just to clarify , by Mr*** signing this agreement this authorized Peachtree Pest Control to provide services which would constitute to a 1- year agreement Yes we did cancel his service for non-payment Mr*** failed to respond after numerous attempts by phone and by mail , Yes account was sent to collections in September of for non-payment .Regards *** ***Operations ManagerPeachtree Pest ControlPhone: ###-###-####Fax: ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because:We received notification that payment was due, but as I mentioned earlier we were told that this was not a binding contract and that if we didn't need to have service no one would come outAlso, we were told that if a tech did come out that we would be called and scheduled for them to come spray and my wife had met with them and was home when they called for the last appointment we receivedHowever, we never heard anything further from a tech letting us know that they would be out againThe next thing we received was a bill, so my wife called and was told that we would be charged regardless if a meeting to come spray was scheduled or notThis is not how the plan was explained to us, which is why we are so furiousMy wife had called and spoke to the receptionist several times to try and get this matter resolved as we don't feel that we should be responsible for charges for a service that was not renderedFurther more we have not received several contacts from Peach Tree as I have mentioned that my wife called them when this all first startedWe are simply requesting to not be responsible for charges for services that were not rendered as a meeting was never rescheduledWe paid for every spray that we were home for and that was scheduledFurthermore, it appears this happens regularly as my wife was shown no concern from the company when she called and voiced her concerns, but simply told that regardless it was a fee even if we were not home for someone to come outI feel that if this is a real contract as the company is stating then the inspector who comes out should not tell people that it is not a contract. As we had mentioned to the inspector, since it was mice that we were treating for that we didn't feel that we needed an ongoing service
