I was recommended by a co-worker to call Peachtree to have a free look at my roof Because my home is older, I thought I would need to pay for a replacement myself, but [redacted] showed me that there were some instances of wind damage to my shingles Surprisingly, due to the old age of the shingles, they were brittle and could not easily be repaired Peachtree's licensed adjuster was on site the day of my adjustment to make that fact clear and darn if the the full replacement wasn't approved I was prepared to pay out of pocket for my roof, but Farmer's ended up footing most of the bill All I had to pay was my deductible, a fraction of the entire project I'm selling my home and got a transferable warranty I would highly recommend Peachtree and [redacted] in particular for your next inspection

New roof installed on 4/22/15. They worked with my insurance company to get my roof replaced due to storm damage. My only cost was my home owner's insurance policy deductible. They provided me a roof that meets Georgia building codes and included synthetic roof underlayment, ice and water barrier in the valleys, metal drip edge, starter shingles, lead pipe stack covers (which they painted to match the roof color), ridge cap venting and ridge shingles. They did an excellent job of picking up all the nails from the old roof removal with magnetic rollers. They replaced at no-charge any window screen that was damaged during the old roof removal. Since they used GAF products, GAF provided a lifetime warranty that includes the materials and labor of installation. This warranty can be transferred one time if the home is sold. In addition, Peachtree Restorations included a 5 year warranty on steep slope portions of roof and 2 year warranty on any low slope portion of roof.

I am amazed at what Peachtree Restorations was able to do with my insurance company! I had worked with two other roofers after having hail damage. My insurance company denied both claims. [redacted], project manager, worked directly with my insurance company and the claim was approved! [redacted] took over and did all the work for me. What a relief! The work crew did an excellent job and my new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend this company, you will love them!

I wasn't use to dealing with everyone on the Peachtree Team, but each independent department worked collectively to ensure that my job went smoothly. From the field adjuster to the office assisting w/my mortgage company.. they just blew me away. I couldn't be more happier with my new roofing system. I now have the newest & best roof on my street. Peachtree Restoration did a 1st rate roof replacement on my personal residence. Most companies won't install roof per 2012 IRC (International Residential Code).
Installed products met ASTM standards and have ICC/ESR file (International Code Council has tested product and produced a report on the quality etc.) Heavy Duty shingles, Drip strips, Lead flashing, Upgraded vent system all make for a durable, storm resistance product.
Peachtree's staff was very helpful throughout Insurance Claim process and also Homeowner's Association approval process.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Peachtree Restoration to replace the roof on my house. Peachtree was very thorough in explaining the process and giving me various options regarding the different components of the roof. Unlike other rooofing companies, the process began with educating me on the different facets of the roof and their function as the roof shingle was only one of many considerations that needed to be addressed. As an informed consumer, I was better able to decide what was best for our needs. I liked the fact that Milton B[redacted], the Project Manager, was a single point of contact throughout the various stages of the project. Milton educated me on the products, wrote the estimate and also was the on-site manager who oversaw the re-roofing. In spite of the many individuals who worked the project behind the scenes, having a single point of contact made things flow from beginning to end. Beyond the professional operations of the company, it was such a pleasure to deal with Milton, as he was always kind, patient, timely in his responses, thorough and a person of his word.

The job took the number of days to complete that was estimated. The company reviewed weather conditions before assigning a day and reviewed the conditions the day before beginning. The crew that replaced the roof was professional, efficient and pleasant. They worked long hours to complete the job in spite of the intense summer sun and delivered the job completed as per our discussion . The cleanup to restore the property to its original condition was thorough and left my property in pristine order.

I am very satisfied not only with final roof, but also with the process that I encountered from the beginning and would recommend Peachtree Restoration to anyone who needed a roof replacement. Their professionalism and work ethic was a winner for me.

The field representative, [redacted], was very professional in his approach and took the time to explain the process. He was not pushy or inconsiderate of our time. When the insurance estimate was lower than the contractor estimate, we were concerned. [redacted] took the time to explain and work with the insurance company to rectify the difference to cover the total cost less deductible.
The construction crew came in early and got 95% of the work done is a day and finished in a couple hours the next morning. Very good job, good follow up and a very positive experience. We were pleased by the treatment and the results.
