Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The owner of PeachKleen certainly has exaggerated her "interpretation of our meeting" The owner and employee came to our home on moving day to talk to us about the job We told her this wasn't a good time and got into a conversation about what they did not do While in our home the owner admitted that her crew was very tired that day While we were all outside we again told her this wasn't a good day to talk about it and asked her to leave our home I would say both sides were upset and we escorted her off our property When she asked what she should adjust the invoice to we did say "how about zero" The owner promptly came up to our faces and stated the "F" word We are not interested in having an unprofessional owner of a business on our property ever again The moving men did state to us that the Peachy clean owner and employee should have apologized for coming to our home on moving day and just left Our realtor inspected the home for us after the previous owners vacated the property and can indeed testify the condition of the home We too have the names of the movers regarding testifying about the incident This company (Peachy Kleen) attempted to charge us with cleaning that they did not do We forwarded photos to her and Revdex.com regarding just some of the obvious areas that were not cleaned There were no vacuum marks on the floors indicating that vacuuming was even done One of the neighbors that Peachy Kleen talked to came down to our house to tell us what Peachy Kleen wanted and she stated that she told them she saw a truck at the home but could not say how long it was thereWe depended on this company to do their job and instead came into a home that hadn't been vacuumed, moped, oven inside and out still had evidence of some cooking and other items that were very obvious hadn't been cleaned, dust under cabinets, etcas indicated in the photos sent.Sincerely,*** ***

I am in the process of getting individuals to come forth who witnessed an incedent involving myself and one of my employees. A couple we had recently done some cleaning for was unhappy with the final clean of their home. Through many corresponednces I offered to return to the home to clean a few...

things that were overlooked, as I garuntee my work. The man beganbanging on the wall of the kitchen cabinets and repeatedly yelling very loud and verbally attacking both myself and my employee.  We came to clean a little corner that had some dust, and the wall of the cabinet in the kitchen that had some obvious drips down it.  
They also are complaining of the oven not being clean when in fact it is gas and was malfunctioning when we tried to clean it. Two burners started clicking continuously as if it was trying to start, so I flipped the breaker off and called the sister of the new home owner then left it alone. We also overlooked a vent van in a bathroom, and she complains about a laundry room floor that CAN NOT come clean. It's scratched and in need of rewaxing, I was not advised to do any stripping and re-waxing.  In fact I was told the house, “wasn't bad and it wouldn't take long.” I guarantee my work to every customer’s satisfaction so when I tried to correspond with the wife via email and wasn't getting anywhere, I called her and she hung up on me.  So I decided to stop by to take the five min to do the vent fan and wipe a piece of fuzzy dust off the wall by the fridge. These two people became very outraged yelling very aggressivly it scared me very much.  This man is very mean and cruel.  They yelled at me saying that were not fixing anything and they don't want us in there house to take care of the very easy things that got overlooked. After all we are human . Again it's my guarantee to fix anything. So as I was trying to get away from her and that man they were coming after me down the driveway, she said you need to reduce our bill and I turned around and said& what would you like me to reduce it to?  And she said how about to nothing. By now my heart is beating out of my chest and I'm afraid of these two.  Glad there wasn't a gun because with the way they acted I'm afraid they would have threatened us with it.  This is how angry these two acted at us.  I'm waiting for the moving company to Find Them men who stopped everything to see what was going on and they all came to talk to me saying they can't witness for fear of loosing there job but they would be upset on how we just got treated to.  My employee was trying to say we came to fix what was wrong and you’re not hearing us.  Talking calm wasn't working with these two yelling over and over.  After I was told that she wanted 5.5hours of work times 4girls at $35.00 per person per hr for free.  I asked her Ohhhhgh so you want this all for [redacted] free? Then I went and talked to several people in the neighborhood to get witnesses. 
 
 I have emails where she admitted we did the windows but is refusing to admit just how clean her home is.  I had three of my employees plus myself there. I have a couple Neighbors who can verify the hours I was in the home. I have there contact information available upon request and they can say without a doubt that we were there.  Unfortunately I had to pay my other girl to bring a vacuum to Deer Park.  Usually a house that size has a central vac.  When we got to the home that I was told wasn't bad, which in fact wasn't true, I told the lady after assessing the home that it was an all day job. Let me say that this is not what I was prepared for and had to cancel another job to accommodate for this one.  So I informed her it was going take the four of us all day, she said that's fine please call my sister when you are done.  So we all worked very hard at cleaning that home from top to bottom.  When it was closer being done I called the sister as instructed and asked if she wanted to come over and lock up or would she prefer us to lock up and go out the garage.  She said yes that's fine, lock up and go out the garage. Then I get a call from the home owner who was very rudely asking why we didn't inform her when we were done and that we left the doors open.  I informed her I personally locked the doors and went out the garage and I called your sister as aked.  She angrily made a rude comment in her tone saying ughhhhh I'm gonna call my sister than hung up the phone.  I do not believe she was going out of service as she claimed after I told her it wasn't very nice.  I am waiting to hear back from the moving company who witnessed this form of mental abuse or verbal assault terrifying myself and my employee.

I have done business with Peachy Clean for over 5 years. Specifically I have asked Peachy Clean to prepare the lake estate that I manage for the owners arrival every spring. There is no other company I would trust to clean this property as the owner is very particular. Their prices are fair and their quality and professionalism are unparalleled!

Reliable, thorough and knows their stuff when it comes to cleaning. Large or small jobs they can do it all. Very concerned about customer happiness with the work..

We have been using Peachy Kleen for new construction final cleaning for about a year now. They have cleaned everything from single family homes to large multi family projects for us. They always do a great job and are very professional. They are very efficient and always complete the scope of work on or ahead of schedule. The most recent multi family project they completed for us, they did in half the time they were allotted. I am very happy with the services Peachy Kleen provides every time and I plan on continuing to have them do our cleaning in the future.

Our long-term renters and their pets left quite a mess but [redacted]'s team worked miracles to get it into top shape! Made last minute call and they were able to come next day with two young women who did an excellent job. They worked quickly and thoroughly, and the price was right. I will definitely call this company when I need this service again. I highly recommend them.

We had to evict a tenant, so I hired Peachy Kleen to clean the apartment... to say it was disgusting is a gross understatement.
I honestly do not know how they got it so clean... I was sure we were going to have to pull the flooring up... there was residue from moldy, liquefied food... it's making me ill to even think about it... and the smell. It was indescribable.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it wasn't over-the-top expensive either.... I feel it was an incredible value. I cannot recommend this service enough.

I called from Utah to have Peachy Kleen take care of cleaning my sister-in-law's apartment. Not only were they able to fit her in last minute, but they did a fantastic job. She worked with me for payment (since I live in Utah, she was OK with me sending her a check) and my sister-in-law wished we would have had them come to the new house as well. Overall they were great to work with and I will definitely work with them again!
