I am rejecting this response because: While my car has been re-painted for the most part and looks wonderful, it took weeks to completeI am not satisfied with Quick Quack and what they are saying on this report nor how they handled the situation, hence why I contacted the Revdex.com to begin withI went out to get the estimates on my own ( I was not asked to get them as stated above) as I did not feel comfortable with [redacted] or his assessment of the car

This customer picked up here vehicle todayShe got different estimates and took her vehicle to [redacted] Body and Fender in Sacramento which has numerous awards from the Sacramento area for best in areaIt cost $6,to repair the entire vehicleThis customer did not have any work done from Frank and we allowed her to go to a different body shop, we did not force her to go to [redacted] which is why we had her get estimates so we could also choose what was right for her.This has been resolved

First off I'd like to congratulate Green Biscuit for developing the world's best off-ice hockey pucks(bar none)I also compliment *** for owning up to his part of our mishandled communication and for reaching me directly to clear any misunderstandingsOnly wishing we had reached common grounds on this issue before resorting to these instancesI specially thank Revdex.com's personnel for their part in resolving this issue and specially for giving us customers a forum in which to voice our concerns or complaints

This customer did not have any work done from Frank and we allowed her to go to a different body shop, we did not force her to go to [redacted] which is why we had her get 3 estimates so we could also choose what was right for her.This has been resolved.
