You cannot ask them a simple question without them getting smart and threatening eviction they won't fix anything and they only speak through text
It's very rude the way they are always threatening to evict you over something that they did wrong if you tell them you have a bug problem they tell you they're going to evict you to fix it even when it's their responsibility to do so in the state of Tennessee. They don't ever answer the phone and they only speak through text. and they don't keep an account of any money that is handed to them they say what you're late and that's that even if they can't prove it someone really needs to do something about this landlord but nobody will because everyone is scared that he is a lawyer and will do whatever to mess up your life
I want them to treat us like we are people and do the things that they are supposed to do as landlords and stop threatening the tenants
It seems that this consumer feels that we do not run our business in a kind and courteous way. She is correct to a degree. When tenants break rules or refuse to pay, we are often unfriendly about that. This will not change. She also seems to be displeased that we communicate by text rather than on the phone. This is how we choose to run our business. We like a written account of what was said. If the complaining consumer would like to run our business differently, she should buy it. This complaint is not appropriate to this forum. This is the sort of thing that should be posted on ***. It is a business review not a legitimate consumer complaint.
We have lived in a rental house for 7.5 years , during this last year our previous landlord sold the house and Peacock Realty purchased it . During this time, we were building our own house and wasnt quite sure how much longer we would need to stay at the rental house . I can honestly say that we have had nothing but the best experience with Peacock realty . They honored the price of our previous landlords rent and went out of their way to work with us during a stressful transitioning process for my family and myself while inconveniencing themselves. I highly recommend them! They are professional and courteous, especially to people who are the same .

We now understand the tenant's complaint. We disagree with the tenant and believe the money is owed. We have determined that if the tenant will not pay the back rent, we will not sue the tenant or evict the tenant. However, we will choose to cease doing business with the tenant upon the expiration of the tenant's lease.
