Student and teacher records show that all were present for the full scheduled timeBooks were received within a week; tools were delayed because of backorder issues with supplier but students did receive toolsStudent requested and received an excess check of $for personal useTuition
refund policy is stated clearly upon enrollment and in the school catalogInstructor reported student was regularly falling asleep in class, would leave class for long periods of time, and also came to class intoxicatedStudent stopped coming to class when the latter issue was brought to his attention

That is a very interesting response I am sure they will like their own instrutors rebuttle of that response.I have a written notorized statement from j hayes ,My instructor in the program whom also left ridley Lowell as a instructor because of there practices, I also have a complaint with the new York dept of education with inspector s[redacted]  , I wiil now going to be forwarding this to the new York dept of education and speaking with a attorney, we will settle this in court if I do not receive a refund .I request a complete list of tools and books they say they supplies .I am in daily contact with other students that were in my class that also resigned whom will be glad to make notorized statements of the response school has made , I can supply 3 plus the teacher whom taught a ridley Lowell for 6 years  thank you

All of student’s issues have been addressed in the previous response. Student received books, tools, classes, and an excess check through financial aid for personal use. Student enrolled understanding the tuition reimbursement policy. Student’s statements regarding former instructor and students are false.

They left me without service for half a day because of a billing error. I had many angry customers because of this and lost some business.My company [redacted] owed Peak 10 back payment for ~6K worth of service in mid July. We arranged a payment plan and paid up the service at about 3K/mo and were current on our payments in late Sept.On Oct 1st our service was cut off without notice. On Oct 2nd we paid the remaining 4.5K of service. We were not notified of a service interruption and it effected many hundreds of our customers sites and negatively effected our business. We had a previous agreement about the payment plan and were a few hundred over the agreed payment amount when service was disconnected. (the plan was set up with a [redacted]; VP and general manager in June 2013) This is in effect an extortion of funds despite a previous agreement. We asked for an official reason why were were disconnected and to be discounted for the day of service that we did not receive and were told we would receive a letter from their council. [redacted] but never received any details. I waited 2 weeks, re-requested a discount for the time I was offline and never received a reply.Desired Settlementwe are asking for the refund of that months service. We lost a customer because of the outage they caused and never received an official reason for the termination to present to our customers.Business Response "This complaint is from a customer with past due balance for an extended period of time who was not in compliance with an extended payment plan. Services were temporarily suspended after notice until the account was paid current. After the account was paid current, services resumed. This account is not entitled to the credit requested."Final Consumer Response We had brought the account current to the payment plan 2 weeks earlier. Over 6K in back charges was paid on the account less than 14 days before disconnection. It is unreasonable to abandon a previous agreement without any notice. Final Business Response The account was past due at the time services were suspended. The customer was notified that the account was past due prior to services being suspended for non-payment.
