Can not say enough good things about Puritan. Honest people who work hard for their clients.
Great company, good people.
My mother has had revocable living trust, which Puritan acquired from Mid South Estate Planning. A letter was sent to her in May of 2006 and she has heard nothing else from them. She now wants to transfer other documents to the Trust, but is unable to reach them at their Plano number. She just gets a busy signal.

My mother had a revocable living trust and Puritan is supposed to be servicing it. We have not heard or seen anyone from Puritan for 7 years and now my mother passed *** and cant get ahold of them. I know it is now a very small amount but I need direction as what the trust really is saying. Seems it is not written clearly.
