08/I contacted Peak appliance to repair my ovenPrior to arrival they called and said that based on my discription of the problem that it was the element in the oven and I should pay by phone and they would order the part and reschedule the installationI paid the once the part arrived they came to my home to do the installThe "repair man" asked where the element was or if I had removed itI explained to him that this was a new model stove with a hidden elementThe two repair men attempted to look on you tube how to repair the ovenThey asked if they could reschedule after they do some researchI told him that would not be a problemWhen they returned the second time they said the screw was rusty ( which I see mentioned on another complaint listed on this page) The owner Brian said he would put the towards a stove in his shop and I could purchase one of his for I told him I appreciated the offer but I would like to get a second opinion

WOW what a great company, I called when our refrigerator stopped cooling I talked with Brian who advised we were out of their service area but he agreed to come out to our location after diagnosing our problem over the phone The tech Matt was great, he arrive as scheduled and explained what he would be doing the total cost and then performed the repair There were no surprises or hidden charges Thanks for the GREAT SERVICE Hopefully I will not need their services again but if I do they will be my first call

I had my house listed for sale, had a buyer, and they had an inspectionThey thought the dishwasher had a door leak, but just didn't close it wellI called Peak Appliance any way just to check it outWhen the technician arrived I explained this to him, but wouldn't let me off the hook that easy and said, " it needs a side mount kit, and if I'm going to put my stamp of approval on it." After it was installed I tested it and water poured out from under the dishwasher onto the floorI called, somewhat frustrated , and told them there was a (4-letter word that starts with D) flood in my kitchenI was called back by ***, being extremely ugly to meHe kept blaming the original installerI paid $for this problem to be fixedBottom line it was not fixed, and a had another company complete the workThey found paper towels wrapped around one of the lines! I tried to resolve this but couldn'tWhen I said I was going to file a complaint he said he would sue me for slander!

I purchased (361.00) a washing machine in January and it leaked so Peak Applbrought another that seemed like it worked though it was High Efficiency and worked differentlyThey gave me a year warranty and I was pleased they would do thatI had cancer and was very sick during the first couple of months but did notice that our laundry was not clean and continued to get worseThey sent a repairman that said there was nothing wrongBryan Sr said I could purchase another machine but they wouldn't give my money back on the firstI had another repairman come and the actuator was out on the machineWe had to purchase another machine but did it at another store since we couldn't trust Peak AppNow we are out another $Don't use Peak Appliance

Run...don't walk..from these goonsI specifically use the word goonI called them for service the week of December 1stThey came out and did the serviceI called them and asked them to send me an invoice for the work doneThey refused to send me an invoice for the workThen came the abusive phone calls from an individual named SalProbably one of the worst customer service experiences I have had

Their technician Randy came in and fixed my washer. He had the job done in under 30 minutes and he made sure to check everything as he was doing it and get it done right the first time. Randy was extremely polite, and well mannered also. Thank you Randy and Peak Appliance, I would definitely recommend your services to anyone I know.

08/2015 I contacted Peak appliance to repair my oven. Prior to arrival they called and said that based on my discription of the problem that it was the element in the oven and I should pay 75.00 by phone and they would order the part and reschedule the installation. I paid the 75.00 once the part arrived they came to my home to do the install. The "repair man" asked where the element was or if I had removed it. I explained to him that this was a new model stove with a hidden element. The two repair men attempted to look on you tube how to repair the oven. They asked if they could reschedule after they do some research. I told him that would not be a problem. When they returned the second time they said the screw was rusty ( which I see mentioned on another complaint listed on this page) The owner Brian said he would put the 75.00 towards a stove in his shop and I could purchase one of his for 200.00. I told him I appreciated the offer but I would like to get a second opinion.

Unprofessional, condescending, and arrogant cannot begin to describe this business. They are clearly after the buck; customer service skills are non-existent. Professionalism is a term about which they know nothing. All this would be tolerable if they had even an acceptable level of skill. Unfortunately, they talk a good game and are clearly enamored with their standing as appliance repairmen, but they are absolutely inept. Stay clear of these people.

7/6/2016 Bought a used refrigerator from PeakAppliance
8/20 The fridge stopped cooling. I describe what's wrong with it. The staff says [redacted] no longer makes parts to fix this fridge. He tells me to go talk to the person I got it from. I tell him I got it from PeakAppliance. He says he will call back. He never calls back.
8/22 Called to repeat what happened. Sal says he'll call right back. He never does.
8/26 Called to repeat what happened. They'll finally send a repair man.
8/29 A repair man inspects the fridge and says the [redacted] no longer makes parts to fix this fridge. The repair man tries to call home warranty. I tell him I bought a fridge from PeakAppliance. He says the owner will call. He never calls.
9/2 Called to repeat what happened. I had to explain my situation AGAIN. Randy said he will fix it with old parts from [redacted] and there's no return. I do not recommend this store to anyone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!

I have never in my life experienced a worse business than Peak Appliance! I called them (being drawn in by the word Integrity on their website - ha!). I explained what needed to be fixed and scheduled an appointment. I explained that the stove I had was an expensive vintage model and would require special care even though the fix was pretty minor (a light wouldn't come on). When the repairman arrived I again explained how the stove was irreplaceable and to be careful. The repairment promptly stuck his screwdriver into the light socket of the oven causing a huge burst of fire and then the stove died completely! I was shocked (not literally) and asked the repairmen why he did that! He said he couldn't fix the stove now and left abruptly. I called the owner and told him what happened. He said he would talk to his repairman. I never heard back.

After coming out to give estimate on dishwasher install, after two weeks it was still not installed. They originally said they could do the work, but each trip out then required someone else to do additional work first . Another electrician, then another plumber. Only wanted to do the easy jobs.
