I purchased a VW Passat from this dealership last weekI paid $for it and another $for it to be deliveredI found it advertised on [redacted] and on the dealerships websiteIt was advertised with 55,miles with clear title, as well as a clean Carfax reportIt was listed as having only one owner and no accidents reportedThe website had over pictures showing a sparkling car with no clear pictures that the naked eye could see of exterior damage with the exception of a ding on the front passenger doorThere was no disclosure in writing that the car had any exterior damageThe car was priced to sell in the "good value" category of Kelly Blue Book which is the most common category and allows for a few scratches but not having major damage that required extensive body work/repaint All information disclosed in the ad suggested that the car was not only in "good" shape on the outside but also on the interior as well as running condition To be fair the interio

After being assured that this car was in excellent condition with no problems, I purchased a Land Rover from this jerk, Matthew W***I cranked the car when it got here, and immediately there were notices on the dash about various issues The engine light was on The "hood open" notice was displayed The hood was not open The "low coolant" notice was displayed The coolant was not low There was trash between the front seats There were numerous scratches on all sides that were cleverly hidden in the pics Instead of sending the title with the car when it was picked up for delivery, he mailed it and I couldn't register the car for a week He was "unavailable" on Monday to talk about any issues I had with the car He was waiting to make sure the check(s) had cleared This guy uses online sites like *** to sell his junk, then ends the auction or listing early to avoid paying the fees This also enables him to avoid any issues with the *** money back guaran
