I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO RESPONDE TO PEAK COMMUNICATIONS COMMENTS!!! I AM GLAD THY ARE GOING TO REFUND FOR THE BILL. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SAY THAT PART OF THERE RESPONCE IS A BALL FACED LIE!!! THEY SAID MY BILL WOULD BE 10.00 LESS A MONTH, THEY NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT SO MUCH PER MINUTE FOR EACH CALL. I ALREADY HAD UNLIMITED CALLING BECAUSE IF I DIDNT EVERY CALL WOULD BE LONG DISTANCE BECAUSE OF US LIVING IN A RURAL AREA!!! I WOULD BE STUPID CHANGING TO SOMETHING THAT WAS GOING TO COST ME MORE.THANK YOU FOR THE HELP YOU GAVE ME.

He accepted our offer of service. As confirmation of this acceptance,he provided his date of birth as November 25, 1963. We have on file a Third PartyVerification audio recording of this acceptance of our service in which a change of localtoll and long distance service providers was authorized and all fees and charges wereclearly explained.We trust this will provide the information requested by the Revdex.com.Sincerely,[redacted]Regulatory OfficerPeak Communications, Inc.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The first bill I ever received was around January this year, it stated that they were taking over for AT&T billing.   So this is nonsense!   Regardless,  the main problem is that I called them and AT&T when I received the first bill and asked AT&T to reinstate me and asked Peak to remove me as their customer!   They have not done so.   I don't need verifications or excuses,  I just want to be removed and never contacted by Peak again!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Reason being is that you keep saying you have and audio verification which I called since the last week of July which you have not provided. Also I called to cancel my service which I did and my recent billing cycle for this month you guys one again charge my account. When I called you guys have the rudest representative by the way. When I called the rude guy on the phone said that you guys are lawful to keep charging my account up till 4 months which seems quite absurd. Stop charging my account you guys continue to do slamming without my consent. You are deceitful and are liars, because you did say you guys were affiliated with [redacted]. Also you guys continue to lie because you say your company only deals with long distance calls when you guys charged me for other services that have nothing to do with long distance calls. I do not want you guys to keep charging my account when I called to cancel it and do not tell me you have the right to when you do not.

To Concerned Individual:Attached is the Third Party Verification recording in which [redacted] accepted services from Peak Communications in which it was clearly explained that a change of local toll and long distance service providers was authorized and all fees and charges were clearly explained.Our records indicate Ms. [redacted] cancelled our service on August 3, 2015 and she is no longer receiving Peak services.  It is also in our records that a LEC adjustment was issued on August 20, 2015 and August 28, 2015.Please note that if there are any other questions or outstanding issues the consumer has, we are more than happy to address them and provide additional information if necessary.Sincerely,Regulatory RepresentativePeak Communications
