We value our client's property, and most disappointing to have seemingly fallen short of a few minor obligations that have taken, admittedly, longer than what should have to be correctedHowever, as of 05/22/Blue Diamond Pools has completed 95% of the task list or "punch-out" list that was given
to us by this clientInitially our client's complaint was filed under general perspective or speculative issues, eventhough, we have maintained communication with and have and will continue to work with our client to achieve the agreed resultsPlease find the media attached useful in this case as quantification of tasks completed as aforementioned and listed by the client thus far, and allow to be on record the client accepts our resolution of the known and / or contractual / and or agreed resolution aforementioned and listed complaint as per direct contact and communication with our client.Best regards,Blue Diamond Pools

I see it was not trying to finish the job I called them and email them over 100
times and always excuse to complete They got paid in full in
advanced and took advantage of us telling us they needed extra $6000.00 to
complete or they would walk away when pool was 50% complete that was the worst,
my wife told me to pay them in good faith because a law suit at that time was
going to take long time and pool not completed I had to tell them I was
going to court to come to do some work and still not finishedWe appreciate your response, please consider the following; The status of items and or tasks to be completed under the contractual agreement between BDP and [redacted] have been fulfilled, upon receipt of the complaint for further items and or tasks to be completed, yes, we have taken further action per the guidelines of the stated and limited warranty provided within the agreement, which may be referenced at any time. The total scope of the original agreement, any applicable change orders, and or extra steps taken due to grievances has been fulfilled to the client. The project is finished.Regarding the concrete slab (driveway)Your first settlement of this grievance was $300.00The driveway was pressure washed (see photos attached)It states in the agreement that BDP is not responsible for the cracking of driveways / curbs or sidewalks due to unknown structural integrity underneath said structures or flat-work.Regarding the street drainIt states in our agreement that we do not handle your drainage past 4ft of the edge of concrete deckingIn most neighborhoods there are street sweeper machines that clean the curb sidesMultiple times there have been vehicles in the way of performing this taskRegarding the equipment walkway materialIt states within our agreement, and otherwise verbally stated early on that [redacted] would handle all landscaping details associated with the project. We are responsible for the replacement of dirt to a suitable level, the topping material is of the buyer's responsibility.Regarding the texture slab repairThe status of this repair was deemed satisfactory from the client via phone call, not once, but twice. The material was removed leaving a smooth surface for [redacted] to have his own worker apply new coating.According to [redacted], too much of the original coating was removed, and claims would cost him extra, therefore a verbal agreement was fulfilled that BDP would provision 2 bags of the material to offset his "extra cost"See photo attachedPortions of the Contractual agreement is attached, please review where these guidelines have been highlighted. It was a pleasure to work with [redacted], however our differences in the end of the project may have caused delays, there are two sides to every story. Never once was [redacted] taken advantage of, in fact when we proposed to [redacted] that the pool would cost over the projected budget, he himself had agreed that we originally thought it would be a $44,000.00 pool, and that would be of LITTLE profit margin to BDP. We have all invested a lot of money into this pool project at this venture, including BDP has absorbed costs that we are not contractually liable for, and of course the others that we are liable for. Here we are, [redacted] has a completed and functioning pool as per the design and agreement, and with minor flaws we do apologize for, but ultimately the client got what he wanted.

Complaint ID:     [redacted]   [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], whom also for no reason whatsoever came running out of her house yelling and screaming at us to “get off my property” right in the middle of a good day of building her pool, all over a dispute with her husband! We install a...

good number of pools per year, and have run into a bad apple or two, and this was one of them! Several interactions with members of our crews during the construction process were hostile and extremely tense for seemingly no reason! In the end we bent over backwards to make [redacted] happy, but she could not be pleased. We have never blocked “The Mom” (as it shows on the caller ID) phone number. We are obliged to the ability to respond to this alleged complaint, however due to certain threats this person has made cannot comment any further and is subject to a legal matter.
