I was talked into this larger seer unit versus the seer said it was more efficient.The unit will not shut off it cannot keep up and runs constantly except late at night I have called several times they come out order a part install it and leave that doesn't work so I call again they change something else and this keeps on going and my $electric bills keep coming even with my old unit I have never had this problem with high a/c billsI have called several times and the owner just wont call me back I think I just got a lemon of a unit and I just want to resolve this
We utilized Peak Framing to rebuild our house in Black ForestCarlos was EXCELLENT to work with throughout the entire process He took me to see homes he had recently built and made numerous suggestions to make my house plans better Funny how a small move of a staircase, or a rearrangement of a closet can make such a positive impact to the overall function of a house EVERYTHING was done that was promised - and then some I built my prior house and this one is the straightest most level house I have ever seen We are now building a rental house and are using Carlos and Peak Framing!
