Ordered Apr 28, still not received and no response via emails
Ordered item Apr 28, order #XXXXX for 18.99+5.95 shipping. Amount that came out of bank 36.49(Visa Debit Retail Purchase PayPal *** XXXXXXXXXXXX
They provided a tracking number ***, which tracked til May 13 when it left China. Haven't seen since and no one responds to email, no one answers phone (they left me in a que until I disconnected call after 45m)

Have sent 4 emails

I believe I was scammed to steal my banking info.
First I was overcharged for 2 items instead of the single item I ordered, then my identity/banking info was stolen. I still haven't been sent what I did order. There have been no replies to my several attempts to reach them. I was given a partial refund for the item I did not order, but had to close that bank account because of the identity theft. I now cannot even accept a refund if PayPal would help. Which they won't because the account I ordered with was closed. When I looked further into this company, I found hundreds of similar cases. They have changed their name to theninjabeauty.com and are still doing this to others.

They said 21 days but we have been waiting over a month. They sent a link that didn't work, they charged us a ATM fee also, this is a fraud

WE've been waiting too long we ordered 105.00 merchandise on 4/27/2020 to 6/5/2020 but received nothing and now the number they doesn't work either

overcharged my bank account, sent false shipment info, refuses to contact about refund. Never received items.

Had shipping insurance. Phone numbers and email address all fake. No response at all since April 27, 2020 when supposedly shipped on 7 business day arrival.

Company changed order without consent and charged higher amount. Order was canceled within 12 hours. Company refuses to give full refund.
At 5:29am EST on 5/8/2020 an order was placed and paid for through PayPal. Order was placed for (1) large and (1) xlarge of their product. Charge on bank account was discovered to be higher and found that company changed the order to add an additional size large. Activity was reported through PayPal (who now refuses to be involved). Multiple emails sent directly to company who stated first at 5:33am via email that they wanted to give me an item for free to make up for it (I declined and asked for a refund of my *** additional charge first). Follow up email from them at 5:44am states that I have to wait 10 hours to call the number on their website. Call placed and answered after several attempts at 6:11pm EST. Caller did not identify himself or the company but stated that they would cancel and refund my order (as I demanded via telephone). When asked what amount they had noted they were refunding me, the man stated he could not see that and it would go through PayPal. PayPal account now notes that a refund in the amount of only *** was issued. Company was questioned on this and has ceased communication with me. PayPal states that they cannot help and I have to deal directly with company.

Peak Girls took *** from my checking accountant I did not authorize and I want it refunded to me. Why would I order a jump suite quanity 2 I didn't order I was hacked/fraud. Even had pay pal send me a confirmation I dont have a pay pal account I have also made them aware this issue.
