bought a groupon worth $210.00, in the spring I called to arrange window cleaning for my house in Vancouver and was prepared to pay the extra $for service outside their areahad a call back from their office, and was told to speak with MarioHe called, and I told him how many windows would need cleaningit's an old house, with smaller windowsI wanted just the above ground windows donehe was not fully understanding what the windows were like so I took pictures and texted them to himI never heard back at allI texted again asking him to call me to arrange a date/time, but there was never any responseI finally contacted groupon and was reimbursed the purchase price very poor customer relations, not calling, ignoring a customerit was really apparent they were not interested in doing this kind of job, and were not interested in letting me know, or even discussing itI will never recommend them to anyoneA simple phone call would have solved the issue an apology would have prevented this review

We had an appointment today (8th Jan 2016) @ 4.30 pm in Burnaby. Please see attached photo. Luis came in person a couple of weeks back, checked out the office and left a quote for additional cleaning services. We fully agreed with the prices and set the date. January 8th. Today. But, for our surprise, no one showed up... We were waiting for 40 minutes until we decided to give Luis a call to ask what's happening. And what is happening is that we were completely overlooked. [redacted] We moved some furniture around, canceled Friday afternoon plans all in the hope Peak Janitorial will show up at the appointment and stand up for their promise of a cleaner office.
