We left the dealership with a 14' corolla just to be called back weeks later stating we need to bring the car back because the bank "changed their minds" on giving us the loanI brought the car back yesterday, received my old vehicle back I used for a trade in (still waiting on title from them) Then the bank called me today July 30th and spoke with me (Elizabeth) and had no idea what peak KIA was talking aboutThey called me for the final interview and said that's all that was needed for us to get the loan fundedKia told me the loan got cancelled because we couldn't show proof of address, I asked the bank of this and they had no idea what I was talking aboutSomeone is lying to cover themselves on something and I am very disappointed, as I work in the automotive industry and I can smell something fishy from a mile awayAccountability is everything in the automotive business, and Rich (sales rep) and Martine (finance manager) should be held accountable for this issue

On 8/30/14, we phoned DaveSolonKia to inquire about Jeep(s) Wrangler, door, used and We were told to come in and look at them, and see what they would offer us for our 08' Toyota TundraWe drove over miles roundtrip, me handicapped with 10lbs of titanium in my back, so I cannot sit that long, much less driveAfter phoning we decided to go to look at themOnce we entered the dealership, a young girls asked to help usWe said first thing "we just want to see the two used Jeeps you have for sale, one red one beige"She said, please have a seat, can we get you some water"?, yes pleaseShe brought back a form for us to fill out, which was something we did not want to do, we knew where this was leading as we are in our late 50's, and purchased vehicles beforeAfter about minutes of waiting after we filled out this form, she came back with a gentlemanWe then stated to him, we just want to see these JeepsHe stated, unfortunately, the Jeeps are gone, they JUST NOW sold!! Then he backs up, and says, "well the red one just sold, the beige one we took as a trade over months ago, gave the woman her trade, but she did not have a title, so we are waiting for title", actually he says" we are not even allowed to show it to you because it has no title", well, why is it on-line, of which it is still there) He then said, can we interest you in a KIA? REALLY after driving THAT far to see the Jeeps, and suppose to make some sort of deal on our Toyota Tundra CrewMax for trade? A KIA, REALLY??? We were absolutely LIVID about the "bait and switch" after that drive, they DID NOT have any JEEP as told us on the phone, they just wanted to get us in there to MAYBE buy a piece of [redacted] KIA!!! I had to lay in bed on ice for two days after that drive [redacted] !!!! The beige Jeep in still on their website FOR SALE, with NO title as I called today, 9/3/

I purchased a used car back from Peak Kia in fall of They told me they had an entire vehicle inspection and diagnosis doneI started having problems with the vehicle about months after purchasing itAfter taking it to a mechanic, I was informed around $in repairs would be neededThe mechanic is a trusted family friend who showed me many of the things that were wrong about it, and how this much stuff got past a vehicle inspection and diagnoses is beyond meI would highly recommend not purchasing anything from this location, or making them take the vehicle to a mechanic of your choice before purchasing it

I leased a vehicle through this dealership and the sales manager was a man named [redacted].
I anticipated that I would come down on military orders to Germany, and was "promised" by [redacted] that I could take it to Germany with me as there is Kia motors Europe.
I had never leased a car before, but it made sense with our financial situation at the time. Unfortunately, I did not get this in writing which I regret. My wife and I put down $2,000 and leased the vehicle on good faith.
We found out later, that we could not take the car with us to Germany, and that we would have to early terminate our lease and eat $2,000.
I went back to the dealership to find that[redacted] had been fired and replaced by [redacted], which in my experiences was not much of an upgrade. [redacted] basically paid me lip service when I brought this issue to his attention in the hopes that he would try to make some things right. He said he would bring it to the general manager's (**.. [redacted]) and do all that he could to help my wife and I recoup some of our loss due to underhanded business practices of [redacted]. He never returned my calls, constantly gave me the runaround and did not deal at all with my issue. I had to call repeatedly until a sales rep in the army reserves ([redacted]) finally beat the drum for us, called me back, followed up and did all he could to help us.
[redacted], and **. [redacted] embody poor business ethics, and are people that reinforce the corrupt reputation for car sales.

On 8/30/14, we phoned DaveSolonKia to inquire about 2 Jeep(s) Wrangler, 4 door, used 2011 and 2012.
