As you can see from the two different invoices a balance shaft belt and a serpentine belt are two different parts,Totally different jobs Everything Rays did was a different repair, just like I figured by the repair differencesSo how do I refund someone for a totally different repair when the job we did is working properly And there is no Craig that has ever worked hereYou can feel free to contact Wisconsin Department of Workforce development to checkLike I said the labor that Rays did was not the same repair! So the parts we installed are still working properly and still installed on your vehicleM [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This is not a spam complaint and the company is not taking responsibility for their actions with the car Every time I called there, they had me talk to a Craig so how there is now nobody there with that name is ironic They mistreat their customers and than want to place the blame on the customer I called the next morning and their response was that they test drove the car before I picked it up and there was nothing wrong with it How do you tell someone that when they are clearly telling you that the car is not working properly? I have attached all my invoices for what I still had to stick into the car to get it to work properly Something they should have done I would like a full refund for their lack of customer service and not taking care of the problem Regards, [redacted]

invoice # [redacted] for [redacted] shows she had a car towed for $Talked to the service manager Tim(no craig that works her) and they said the balance shaft belt broke and when it broke it destroyed the crankshaft position sensor A balance shaft belt has no alignment on that vehicle so I believe the car had the serpentine belts changed multiple times at Ray's Transmission Nothing to do w/ our balance shaft belt replacement because you couldn't replace a balance shaft belt w/ labor for $ I just called Ray's as a customer and asked for an estimate on a balance shaft replacement for a Sonata was higher than our jobW/out seeing the bill from Ray's and when the belts came off after our repair and never offered to have the job repaired at our facility under the warranty for a balance shaft belt which would've covered the repair, I don't know how I can refund any money If [redacted] was to come in and show our service department her invoice and we could show it was the same work and have the warrantied parts to turn in to the parts manufacturer so we could receive compensation we can make something happen W/ out going thru the proper channels its hard to help the customer fix the problem after a competitor had some belts fall off multiple times from substandard workmanship and threw the blame on our service, when I called there and asked for and estimate for the duplicate repairs done and it was over $and our full bill was $for tax and towing and [redacted] says she had the same job done for $Doesn't sound like the same parts were replaced at all I could see the Serpentine belt maybe get changed for $169, but not a balance shaft belt that costs $and hrs to repair If I can view an invoice and have the broken or repaired parts so I know this isn't a scam review from a local competitors service shop that would clear things up a bit Thank You, [redacted] Co-owner Expert Automotive Services

invoice # [redacted] for [redacted] shows she had a car towed for $60.00. Talked to the service manager Tim(no craig that works her)  and they said the balance shaft belt broke and when it broke it destroyed the crankshaft position sensor.  A balance shaft belt has no alignment on that vehicle so I believe the car had the serpentine belts changed multiple times at Ray's Transmission.  Nothing to do w/ our balance shaft belt replacement because you couldn't replace a balance shaft belt w/ labor for $169.  I just called Ray's as a customer and asked for an estimate on a balance shaft replacement for a 2004 Sonata was higher than our job. W/out seeing the bill from Ray's and when the belts came off after our repair and never offered to have the job repaired at our facility under the warranty for a balance shaft belt which would've covered the repair, I don't know how I can refund any money.  If [redacted] was to come in and show our service department her invoice and we could show it was the same work and have the warrantied parts to turn in to the parts manufacturer so we could receive compensation we can make something happen.  W/ out going thru the proper channels its hard to help the customer fix the problem after a competitor had some belts fall off multiple times from substandard workmanship and threw the blame on our service, when I called there and asked for and estimate for the duplicate repairs done and it was over $700 and our full bill was $680 for tax and towing and [redacted] says she had the same job done for $169. Doesn't sound like the same parts were replaced at all.  I could see the Serpentine belt maybe get changed for $169, but not a balance shaft belt that costs $70 and 4.5 hrs to repair.  If I can view an invoice and have the broken or repaired parts so I know this isn't a scam review from a local competitors service shop that would clear things up a bit..  Thank You, [redacted]   Co-owner Expert Automotive Services

They did not even offer to correct the problem when I called the next morning. Just stated it was fine when they test drive it and that was not the case.
