Peak pool and spa has not come to replace the defective parts on my hot tub, It has been aprox 5 weeks. They replaced my heating element last fall, and then the circuit board on March 31st. I called them within a week since the unit had no power at all. They came out again on April 23rd and said that the circuit board was defective and had ruined the heating element also. [redacted] said that both would be covered under the warranty and he would be back with the replacements within a couple weeks. I reminded him that I was having a party at my home on May 18th and wanted to have it fixed by then...he said that it would certainly be fixed before then. I have called and emailed this company numerous time. I was last told that they would be at my home Wednesday afternoon (yesterday, May 28th). They did not come, did not answer my phone calls voice messages, or emails.Desired SettlementI have paid them for the circuit board and also for the heating element, neither of which work. I want my money back or the hot tub fixed and in working condition for more than a few days.

Complaint[redacted] came to replace heating element. Had to order it. 6 mos. later he returned with wrong piece. Said he would return. Never did. Called. now 1 yr. [redacted] came to my house a year ago to repair heating element in hot tub. He could not repair it and said he had to order it. I paid him in cash. I have a receipt. He promised to return in three weeks. He did not. In fact, after numerous calls, he returned six months later with apologies. When he returned, he discovered that he still did not have the correct element. This time, he said that he forgot to take the "bottom portion" of the element and that he had to order that part. I asked if he wanted me to pay him "up front'for the ordering of the item. He said no since he was not sure of the price. He said he would get back to me in two weeks. He did not. Therefore, I called him. He never returned my calls. I still call him and leave messages--even though I know he will not return my calls. This is now a year from the time I first engaged [redacted]. All I want from [redacted] is the following information 1) What is the heating element taken from my hot tub; 2) where can I obtain a replacement and 3) please return the money I gave you for the first item that your ordered and sent back to the company. Desired SettlementI want the items that he removed from my hot tub (the top and bottom portions of a heating element) and a return of the money I gave him the first time to order the top portion of the heating element. He said he returned that item because it was not the proper one.
