All the agreed upon and contracted work has been completed and has been paid in full. The work in question was additional work that was never contracted. put in to writing in regards to the project, no time frames were given, and no promises were made in regard to the additional work above and beyond the original contract. We will work to resolve this matter but are not legally obligated in anyway to the additional work.

We stand behind our last explanation. All things are being settled now through AAA Arbitration. We will post the results of the proceedings once they are complete.

I am rejecting this response because:Response to Peak Restoration Services comments: 1.       Our contract states that Peak Restoration Services will pull all necessary permits. Please see the attached contract, pg 2, section g.2.       His statement that we did not want Peak to pull permits is simply not true, furthermore it is illegal to not pull permits with this type of bathroom remodel. Please also reference the letter from [redacted], Centennial Building Inspector stating that permits are required. 3. I did not yell at or berate any of the contractors or subcontractors, again this is simply not true. We did have discussions with both the project manager and one of the owners regarding our concerns about the quality of the work which was being done. The last day they worked on the site was the only time I got upset and the discussion got heated. However there was no yelling and all of the contractors finished out the day on site. 4. I have attached a copy of the current permit inspection report of the shower pan, it shows our permit number. We pulled the permit after terminating our relationship with Peak. The inspection was completed AFTER the drain was corrected by our current contractor. Peak installed the original drain incorrectly, see photo and statement from the current contractor. 5. I have attached a document which describes the timeline. 6.
