They repaired a water leak in my basement and the crew was professional and seemed to do a very good job They kept the dust out of the rest of the house with good draping, and did a nice job of clean up I did have some concerns with answering my phone calls (sent to voice mail over and over), returning my phone calls, and disclosure of the true pricing computation They changed their story of how they determined the price several times Although I do not think I was overcharged for the quantity and quality of work, they need to be more straight forward in how they explain their pricing I discussed this with management and they seemed to be responsive to adjusting their procedures Overall, I would use them again

Peak Structural came to my house, looked at the issues in my homeMade a clear diagnosis of the problem and did some structural repairs on my home a few months ago and gave me a "warranty" for the workIt has only been a few months since $10,of "repair" work has been done and I am experiencing the exact same issuePeak Structural was contacted about the issue and I am now being told that they will not come back and readdress it and the warranty doesn't cover it

I would like to take the opportunity to follow up with the negative reviewPeak Structural ended up coming back out to my house and while the work that they completed didn't fix the initial problem, they did come out and make things rightI REALLY appreciate that they took the time to come out, listen, look and come to a conclusion that fixed my houseThese days it can be difficult to find fair and honest companies and I would say that Peak took the time and effort to be both fair and honest! Peak Structural was very helpful and professional. They did quality work and the customer service was great as well. I would definitely recommend them!

They even were cautious taking down the wood paneling and making it easy for us to put it back up. I will certainly call peak structural in the future if I need any further work done. Excellent job.

Peak Structural came as a highly recommended company, and as such I expected a professional experience, with a quality work outcome and an interaction with a professional team. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had at all. My basement had been leaking for months when the Design Specialist came to review the job. After we discussed all the details of the work that was needed, I expected to have the work that we discussed and contracted done by the crew that came to actually do the job. When the job started months later, the foreman wasn't aware at all what was being done. I had to explain in detail what the job was. In the end only a portion of the job was completed, the discharge wasn't taken out the full length, as was discussed with the Design specialist, the pipes from the sub-pump weren't replaced as needed, as was discussed, the discharge line from the pump is still bowing instead of going at a negative angle all the way exiting the house, again as was discussed. From start to finish, having Peak Basement Systems fix our foundation was a good experience. Our first contact,[redacted], was very knowledgeable and he took the time to answer all of our questions. [redacted] impressed us more than the representatives from the other two companies we asked for estimates. [redacted] and his crew, [redacted] and [redacted], were great! They were polite and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning up our basement when the project was completed.
