It has come to my attention after contacting ***, Mr*** ***, *** ** *** is investigating this concern also. I have since been offered a "deal" of $versus $originally. The "deal" of $was offered to me when I once AGAIN heard someone outside of my
home. When I went out to see who was there, I met *** *** *** *** ***, along with another worker. She and he said "we" Do for only $387.00. I have questioned why the estimate of $suddenly had dropped so significantly? They said they were cutting "out the middle man". I never saw the $estimate that I requested continuously. *** told me not matter what the work "must" be done and needs to get started immediately. I asked about the warranty of the work at @no response, I asked whom put the siding up to begin with, and what that warranty was/is? She told me that that did not matter, as it is more important I get the current work done. I have received other estimates which are quite amazing and the evaluation of the work that is/was proposed to me in addition to other work that is being done here as nothing but a "patch" job, if that. *** *** at ***, also questioned *** *** license as to contract to do work on my home. Seems to me if I had not stopped the unauthorized work I would have paid nearly $300.00 more, and as it appears there are many mystery's to this entire ordeal. Due to NO FAULT of my OWN. I do not call this a common business practice. I am glad I stopped the work to begin with. Any concerned Home Owner I imagine would have asked the questions I have, and have and still have a reason to be concerned Thank you, *** ***
