My father was in their establishment after a suicide attempt and it was a disappointing experienceMy father had serious food allergies which were ignoredHe also had wounds on his feet that they ignored saying they didn't have the right gauze to treat him for the week and a half he was thereNo family and release plan was started prior to his dischargeAlso the nurses station never answered the phone and never returned massages at allDisappointing situation at a terrible moment in our livesThey did ensure he was mediated but follow up and family communication was non existent

This place does more harm than good They are eager to fill their beds with anyone that walks through the door, and keep them there as long as possible, regardless of the need or damage caused to patients They have a history of coercing their patients to agree to treatments or drug therapies that are unnecessary, potentially dangerous, or otherwise contra-indicated by using threats of force or extended stays in the hospital if the patients do not comply 100% They lie to both patients, as well as other Doctors and therapists that the patients normally seeThey will outright fabricate statements from Psychiatrists, Psychologists, or Therapists that the patient may see outside of their hospital in an attempt to gain compliance from the patient They lose visitation or communication paperwork as a form of retaliation to non-compliance of patients, causing them to be unable to speak with their loved ones on the phone or see them during visitation hours

I agree with the other complaint on here They were almost frothing at the mouth when they found out we had dual insurance and money

They use threats of force or extended stays in the hospital if the patients do not comply 100%
They will outright fabricate statements from Psychiatrists, Psychologists, or Therapists that the patient may see outside of their hospital in an attempt to gain compliance from the patient
They made a year old sign a legal document under medication stating she did not want an attorney

This place does more harm than good.

They are eager to fill their beds with anyone that walks through the door, and keep them there as long as possible, regardless of the need or damage caused to patients.

They have a history of coercing their patients to agree to treatments or drug therapies that are unnecessary, potentially dangerous, or otherwise contra-indicated by using threats of force or extended stays in the hospital if the patients do not comply 100%.

They lie to both patients, as well as other Doctors and therapists that the patients normally see. They will outright fabricate statements from Psychiatrists, Psychologists, or Therapists that the patient may see outside of their hospital in an attempt to gain compliance from the patient.

They lose visitation or communication paperwork as a form of retaliation to non-compliance of patients, causing them to be unable to speak with their loved ones on the phone or see them during visitation hours.

I left so many voicemails to different people and never heard back from any of them. I told them I needed paperwork to prove to school my son was in there and if I didnt get it I could be taken to court for so many unexcused absences. I went in and they wrote down the message said someone would call me and never did. They have such high turnover nobody ever knows whats going on. Poor communication internally and well as with the patients family. The only call I did get was to ask how I wanted to take care of the balance!!!!!! The phone systems are always down.
