This company came out last August and installed a brand new roofNo tarp was laid down, workers informed me that they didn't know what they were doing and had never removed a roof like mine beforeThey damage my pond lining, killed my fish, improperly installed my new roof (leakage damage todate), didnt put in new flashing, incorrectly installed the drip edge just to name a fewI tried several attempts via email, certified mail, and phone messages to get this company to come out and fix the problemsI took them to court and the owner verbally assaulted me called me all kinds of names and had never once tried to fix the solution Finally in February via the courts settled the whole mess

I want to thank Peak View roofing for standing behind their warranty and resolving a somewhat complicated situation with my flat roofIt took awhile to come to the right decision on how to correct the problem(s), but the Operations Manager stepped up to the plate with an honest and reasonable solution to fix the problemI will recommend Peak View roofing to anyone that asksOnce again thanks to the Peak View Team

Peak View installed our original roof during construction, so I naturally went to them to repair significant hail damage Their quote was one of the lowest for replacement, but more importantly, when I upgraded to a Class roof, they worked with me to get the upgrade for an incredibly good price When complete, the new roof made some original construction "quirks" more noticeable, and they worked with me until I was satisfied The installation was fast and efficient - no corners cut and very good attention to detail Cleanup could have been a little better, but this is a very minor nit The staff was extremely helpful throughout the process, friendly, and very "small town" honest

From start to end, staff and personnel were professional and provided excellent service Staff provided a very reasonable estimate of a complete analysis and report on the repairs, details and time line Performance by the crew was very good Only one minor issue-when completed it was dark and they did the cleanup, extremely good, but, in the dark they missed nails Calls for review and closure went well, several trips (due to snow) were included and very minor (vent) was corrected A little time for completion of paper work, but, overall we would recommend without hesitation for their expertise, quality of work and customer satisfaction Stars

We needed a quick turnaround on a roof replacement for the sale of a rental property in July 2015. Our realtor contacted Peak View and was able to schedule the re-roof and complete it with only a couple weeks notice. We were on schedule with resolving the inspection findings and able to close on the scheduled date thanks to Peak View commitment to our needs.

Due to some pretty bad damage to my roof, the entire roof needed to be replaced. Peak View Roofing Company came highly recommended by my insurance company. They were on what they consider their preferred list. They are on that list with good reason,! They are not only very friendly and helpful throughout all of the phases of having your roof replaced, but they are very professional, patient and thorough with their work. They all displayed a very high quality work ethic and completed my roof (which looks amazing) in roughly 6 hours. I am very pleased with their service as a whole. Not many companies nowadays put an emphasis on customer service, this is untrue of this company! They were always assisting me along the way, even when they weren't receiving payment from my insurance company as promptly as I would have liked. In spite of that, they still performed at a high level of professionalism and remained kind and helpful.
