Review: I took my car in to Peake BMW because it was not riding as smoothly as it normally does and after paying for a diagnostic testing I was told that I simply needed new tires the very next day my oil light came on saying that I was in a red I called the dealership back and I told them that I was up how upset I was at I just left the day before and now I'm eating oil what did they do today not look at my car like I have paid them to do I was told to bring the car back in and they simply topped it off with more oil not looking at it to see that there was a leak then on my car started driving roughly continue driving roughly now only roughly but making a whirring sound like a vacuum cleaner and ticking I didn't call the dealership again and told them that I wasn't satisfied with Mike the performance of my car I bought the car in and I receive a diagnosis of a engine failure oil leaking things like that on my have a complete list of things that they were saying was wrong I believe that BMW Peake BMW is liable for my major problems that I'm having with my vehicle as a result of taking my money for a diagnostic diagnostic test things that they did not do that I was also told that they drove my vehicle around and fell in the roughness or anything like that but I simply needed for new tires now I have a bill from BMW tolling almost $7,000 because I need several parts replace the water pump thermostat electric fan and cooling valve cover gasket oil filter housing gasket oil level sensor all service front lower control arm bolt and it says vehicle is leaking oil causing the water pump and electric fan too short circuit that those parts need to be replaced as well as any other parts because they will be damaged more if not I am very unhappy with the service that I received I'm a woman and I believe that they felt like they could just take my money and do nothing but send me away and say keep warm and well fed and now I can't drive my car at all it is parked in my driveway which is a no noDesired Settlement: since I bought my vehicle into Peake via BMW several times for them to look at it and was told that nothing was wrong and it wasn't check to make sure that nothing was wrong I am looking for a resolution the resolution I'm looking for is for BMW Peake BMW to repair my car in full at no charge because it is their fault that my car is my engine is the weight in the condition that it is in

[redacted] The customer came in to the dealership on November 12th complaining that her car had a grinding noise and rough ride. Peake BMW determined that she needed tires and an alignment. We could not duplicate the rough ride. The customer returned on the 25th of November to Peake BMW with the car overheating. A quote was given to the customer for the necessary repairs. The customer denied the repairs at this time. After receiving your letter, our General Manager spoke to the customer on December 9th explaining that Peake BMW was not at fault for the repairs to her vehicle. He offered to discount a part of the repairs if she would bring her vehicle back in for the repairs to be performed. The customer mentioned to the GM about contacting an attorney and he told the customer to have the attorney call him.
