Peake Construction is the whole package! xxxxx was not only happy to work with my insurance company, but also to communicate with my (out-of-state) son who was helping me with some decisions regarding replacing my storm damaged roof I was nervous going into this project but xxxxx was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable Peake Construction workers were friendly, hardworking and did the best clean up of any company who has ever worked on my property! xxxxx helped me pick shingles that so compliment my house that my neighbor came over to tell me how good the shingles look! I highly recommend Peake Construction!!

The March wind cost damage to our Church roof, upon inspection he saw there was also hail damage, *** Construction was there to meet the Insurance Company adjuster to point out all the damage to our roof* Construction started replacing roof on the date he said, Cost was unbelievable there was very little out of pocket expense, The cleanup was very good the Church was very satisfied with the work and the cost*** *** ***

I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH [redacted](OWNER OF [redacted] CONSTRUCTION). I HAVE HAD [redacted] REPLACE 2 ROOFS FOR ME BOTH WHICH [redacted] PERSONALLY MET WITH THE ADJUSTERS FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANIES. ONE HE WENT
BACK TO THE ADJUSTER AFTER IT HAD BEEN APPROVED TO BE REPLACED BY THE INSURANCE CO. AND GOT THE DECK REPLACED AS WELL AS HE THOUGHT HE COULD NOT WARRANT THE ROOF WITHOUT THE DECK BEING REPLACED. THE OTHER HE MET WITH 2 DIFFERENT ADJUSTERS ALONG WITH A INSURANCE COMPANY MANAGER AFTER MUCH DISAGREEMENT FROM THE INSURANCE ADJUSTERS NOT WANTING TO ACCEPT THE FACT THAT THERE WAS HAIL DAMAGE.
HE FINALLY GOT THEM TO PAY FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE ROOF.
HE DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB AND PROMPT JOB OF COMPLETING THE WORK ONCE HE WAS GIVEN THE GO AHEAD. HE DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED, EVEN MY WIFE WAS IMPRESSED WITH HOW WELL THINGS WERE CLEANED UP AND NO DAMAGE TO HER FLOWERS.
I DO NOT OFTEN GIVE A RECOMMENDATION, HOWEVER I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION. I STILL RECOMMEND THAT ONE DOES HIS OWN DUE DILIGENCE AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT.

This company did a wonderful job repairing our roof. We have had 2 separate leaks in 2 separate spots of our roof for years. My husband has tried and tried to repair on his own but I finally talked him into hiring Peake. They fixed it and we haven't had a leak since and it's been raining hard the last days here with no leak at all! Thank you!

I called Peake Construction replace 2 windows that had been leaking for several months.
xxxxx provided a professional estimate and also indicated there would be additional charges if there were hidden damage.
They were reliable and Prompt, my appointment was at 9:00 am and his team was there ready to work at 9:00 am!
From the initial phone call to the completion of project,xxxxx and his team provided great service and answered all of questions in a professional manner.
