I recently had Simon Schouten & Son do a complete tear off and roof replacement for me They were very professional yet also they treated my roofing job as if they were working on their own homes They cleaned up the work area on a daily basis which was wonderful! Even when I was calling around for estimates, this company stood out and that was one of the reasons I choose to have them do my roof Aaron called me back every time I left a message and was patient with my questions...I had never had a roof replaced before so I had plenty of questions I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends No problems at all and my roof is beautiful and was done in just a few days Thanks guys! I received four estimates before I selected Simon Schouten & Sons and my decision was definitely influenced by the fact that the people I was dealing with for the estimate were the people doing the actual work. The work was meticulous and the compliments from neighbors who watched the transformation keep coming. I would strongly recommend Simon Schouten & Sons to anyone interested in a quality job.

I cannot express enough how great the service was. From the beginning when we made the first phone call right to the end Simon Schouten & Son LLC roofing gave us nothing but honest answers and respect. We did contact three other companies for our roofing issues and asked them for estimates but didn’t get too far with them. Most of them just wanted to sell us other products and not work with any type of budget. Aaron Donlon was the representative we had help us with our roof. We had a small leak coming through and he was able to give us best and worst case scenarios with the repair. The main reason my wife and I found the experience stress free was the fact that Aaron took the time and had the patience to answer all our questions and stay true to the answers. Highly recommend this business.

I wish I could give zero stars to the manager Paul,
I called to get a quote and explore what needed to happen to get our carpets replaced. It took a couple days for them to get back to me and when they did I was sluffed off. When I was trying to get more information from them they emailed me saying they would pass on our business. I was confused and called the manager to see why I was getting turned down before even starting the process and it turns out the sales person was the Manager too!
He was extremely rude even when I was trying to explain the miscommunication.
I am glad I found this out before we hired them imagine if we ran into trouble mid way and this is how they deal with it!
Simon Schouten and son transformed my house that was built in 1849 to a new looking house in 9 days, it was like night into day, my house was a real challenge nothing was square or plumb when they started but they made it look beautiful they worked through some of the worst weather that I would never work outside in, 2 of the days the temperature was 5 degrees in the morning and never got above 20 for a high! The house never had insulation before so I had them do it, what difference that made in comfort now we have no drafts even on windy days.
Aaron even helped me relocate a satellite dish that I wanted moved off of the side of the house and he helped me vent my dryer to the outside which was vented to the inside before without any extra charge.
The price they gave me was thousands of dollars cheaper than what was quoted to me 15 years ago from another siding company, had I known that this job could of been done cheaper and painlessly by Simon Schouten and son I would have had it done years ago, the best part is that they ask for no money until the job is completed, I even tried to pay them half way through the job because I was so happy with their work but they politely said to wait until the job was completed.
These guy's were polite and honest and a pleasure to do business with if I ever need to have something done in the future I will call them because they do such such great work this was a very positive experience for me and my family we couldn't happier! Hopefully Aaron posted a before and after picture on their website so you can see what I'm talking about,, a night and day difference in appearance

We hired this Simon Schouten and Sons to replace all the windows in our home last December and were very pleased with their work. Their pricing was competitive and they work was done in a timely way. With the holidays approaching, we were nervous about getting a good job done in a timely fashion. They rose to the occasion in every way and were in and out in two days. We're thrilled with the windows and the professionalism of the contractor. So thrilled, we used them again in February for an ice damming problem on our roof. Again, quick, prompt resolution to our problem. We highly recommend them.
