They sent me an email days ago saying that the order was returned to them from USPS however, the order was cancelled by them and also it said returnedI have disputed this charge for the amount with my bankThis company at no time at all throughout all the messages and the email I sent them prior to filing my claim with Revdex.com until days ago

Please fully refund my amonut of $for this orderI have not received a email with the tracking, and because of the delays on your part I just want a full refund at time

I stumbled across this business on Instagram where they heavily advertise a lot of their merchandise and subsequently placed an order online for a dress on August 17, 2017. I received the automated order confirmation indicating that my order had went through and I checked my account and it was also charged. After a week went by and not receiving a shipping confirmation email or the dress, I sent an email to the company checking on the status of my order and never received a response to my email. However, a couple of days later I received an automated system email stating that my order had been "shipped", but the tracking number field was empty. On their own website, it states that orders are processed and shipped withing 2-7 business days and tracking numbers emailed with the shipping confirmations. I sent a few more emails, tried calling the phone number listed on their website (which is disconnected), and even tried reaching out to them on Instragram and to this day I have not received a response to my emails or my order. I filed a chargeback with my credit card company and did get my money back. I typically don't write reviews, but wanted to write this one because I feel that this company is scamming people out of their money by having a storefront selling items that they don't have or have no intentions of shipping. I am a business owner myself and what this company is doing is not right!
