Very unprofessional and racistThe owner yelled and cursed at my girlfriend when she was complaining to a worker about something the worker did that she didn't agree withBasically my girlfriend swiped in her keycard and let me in (I'm a member too, I just didn't feel like carrying a key with me that day)I was approached by a female worker seconds later while I was using a machine inside the gym and was asked if I had signed a waiverI found the question odd and simply responded with what waiver?I went to the front desk and told them I was a member, the worker searched her computer and verified that I in fact was a memberI went to where my girlfriend was working out and told her what happened and she was upset because it was automatically assumed that I wasn't a member and I was sneaking in simply because I am not whiteI have personally seen plenty of whites enter the gym with a friend without having that friend swipe a keyguard and not one of them was approached about a waiver or membership, my girlfriend has seen this as wellHence why we thought it wouldn't be a problem in the first placeI went in to complain as well after I noticed two minutes had passed and girl wasn't back yetI explained the situation with my side of the story and was simply yelled at by the owner and her workerThe worker then got all up in my face and stated that he would personally escort me out just because I was complaining about what we thought was a disgusting injustice in front of the owner and the owner thought it was perfectly fine that the worker did such a thing with a nod of approvalWe handled the situation professionally but the workers and owner of the facility did notThey refused to apologize to us for how they handled the situation so we canceled our membershipsWe no longer feel comfortable going to such an environment Avoid this gym at all costsIt's cheap but it's not worth the unprofessionalism, racism, disrespect and broken machines you have to deal with
