Review: They told him the Jeep been thur shop, Nad been ck out. It was in good shape. Theirs no problem c Jeep. Some one else had test drive the Jeep. They smelled smoke, saw it smoking. Lady that does paper work state it had been in shop. They ck it over. My son drive in vehicle home he smell smoke, door has a rust place on it, radio speaker in door was blown, sun roof brocken If it went through shop, they should found the problems. I do not think that's asking to much. I got to pd several yrs. on it.Desired Settlement: Jeep should be fixed, when you given $10,000 some dallors for it. They are park so close, you can not open the doors on vehicles.

The customer, as stated by his mother, made a quick decision to buy the vehicle. none of the items were inspection items. he brought us a list of things needed. we replaced the hood struts, repaired the sunroof. he requested we check the front brakes, and we found they were good. this vehicle passed state inspection recently performed at another shop independent of us. we had replaced one of the valve cover gaskets prior to his purchase, and thought the smoke was coming from burn-off from it. we determined the other one needed to be replaced and did so. the check engine light came on after purchase, and we found a wire that needed to be repaired to the O2 sensor. we have done all these things as a goodwill adjustment at no cost to the customer, even though they were not covered by the warranty given with the vehicle. we will not repair the rust spot on the door, it is cosmetic, and was there for him to see prior to purchase. "She said" somebody else had drive the vehicle and smell smoke. They did not ofter take me to look at Heep. The vehicle are so close, and can not hardly walk between them.
