This company was not responding to calls. We went two months without hot water. We went without a stove when we moved in. The bathtub leaks and has issues. He was supposed to give us a new bathtub and he never replaced. We had to use pliers to turn the water on. The ceiling was leaking and all they did was paint over it. They left boards at the house that they were supposed to use to fix the ceiling and the boards are still there. The furnace was leaking and it would flood into the washer and dryer room. He is not willing to give back to security deposit. We had to put trash in the back and we called the city to schedule a bulk pickup. They aren't currently picking it up due to COVID-19. He wants to charge us for the trash even though it is out of our control. They don't answer calls and they don't answer the door when we try to pay rent. He didn't maintain the lawn. The basement is flooded with feces and there are spiders down there. He never fixed it. We are in the process of taking him to court.He also delays any requested services and lies to his tenant that pays their rent on time.
