Per our website, all sales are final and returns are not acceptedWe are not responsible for what happens to the jewelry after the customer receives itOur company policy is we will replace a piece of jelwlery if it arrives damaged or becomes damaged within the first week of receiving itWe are not responsible for anything that happens from wear and tear on a piece of jewelry that has been worn for weeks

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As previously stated, USPS tracking says the item was deliveredHowever, it was not delivered to my mailbox! I am without the item I payed $45.99, and I am out the money and item I paidBecause the tracking says it was delivered, Pearl Chic is refusing to refundI have opened a claim with USPS and they are unable to locate my packageThey have referred me to the sender for a refund because the package was shipped first class UNINSUREDPearl Chic should be offering insurance if they are going to be shipping items valued at such high amounts to guarantee the items are received by their CUSTOMERSThis is a unique situation, but not THAT uniqueThis is unethical business practiceAs such no one is accepting responsibility for my loss Regards, [redacted]

Theresa from business gave consent for AH from Revdex.com to take her response over the phone.Theresa is under the impression that the consumer has received her order.Theresa said her company does not wish to institute an insurance option at this time, however, it is her company's policy to issue a refund for any orders that are proven to be undelivered

If proof is provided that the consultant offered the customer the Pendant, then the consultant will send the cusomter the PendantPer the company's system, there is no order for the pendant, so proof will need to be provided

Per the website, there are no refunds on pearls from opened oystersWe do not sell or promise personal pictures of pearlsThey are all revealed during the live parties which can all be watched on ***

Customer received all jewelry that was purchasedThe pearls are sold as cultured pearls, which they are, and the Jeweley she purchased is all Sterling silverThere are no orders for a Sterling silver ribbon Pendant or a bracelet of any kind in our system under this customer's nameOur
president Kurt *** and our consultant Cole have both responded to this customer multiple timesIf she can provide us her order reference number for the ribbon Pendant and bracelet we will happily send them to herSince we are not showing a ribbon Pendant or bracelet ordered or paid for under this customer's name, we have not sent out the products

The majority of pearls have natural defectsOur customers receive the exact pearl that was in their oysterWe do not guarantee flawless pearls as they are an extreme rarityOur adhesive is clearThe pictures sent from the customer are pictures of natural flaws in the pearl from the culturing
processWe offered the customer to send back the ring and we can try to remount the pearl to try and show less of the flaw, and customer refusedThere are no refunds on pearls from opened oysters or jewelry per our website

The customer has been refunded $This is for the jewelry they did not receiveThe customer did not follow the process in time to select which pearls could be selected for jewelry(She was given week)At that time our consultant elected to ship the customer the pearls they paid for and
refund the jewelry as to abide by our standard shipping time policy

These pearls are 100% genuine saltwater pearlsCustomer is mistaken and does not know our vendor or have any information on where we get our pearls from to make this statement

showing as delivered to the address she enteredMelanie did not ship out the item, I did personally, and told her that, which I have in messages if proof is neededThe label printed directly from our system with the address she enteredShe then proceeded to tell me that she's done this before and the other company sent her more products, which I also have in messages. I am a firm believer she does this to many companies and falsifies information to get free merchandiseHer items were sent to her address she entered into the system and are showing deliveredI've attached a screen shot of her order from our website along with a screen shot of the trackingPlease let me know if you have any further questions.Thanks,Teresa ***

As discussed with the Revdex.com representative, our pearls are 100% genuine and if the customer can provide us with an appraisal proving otherwise, we will be more than happy to refund in full

(Following is an e-mail comment to Revdex.com staff - LST)***The customer received what she paid for and was refunded for what she did not receiveShe did not put her jewelry order in time for it to be sent to the jewelerIt is not our consultants job to tell them which piece to order before they place the orderIt was the customer choice to ask the consultants and wait that longPer our website there are no refunds on pearls from opened oysters

This is terrible customer serviceHow can you justify charging so much money for such terrible products that break so easily?? I wore the ring maybe a total of timesI will not be giving any more money to this terrible company and will definitely not be referring anymore family and friendsI have hear of multiple complaints about your products now after doing some research get your company continues to do nothing about it, so unethical to continue selling these products that break so easily without offering any resolutions to your customers

The clarification is on the face book live video they erased my comments on that video They were running a special at that time and I won a pendant of my choice of off Coles pearl party pumpkin patch along with the order of my bracelet was on sale at that time that’s why it does not show a bracelet It is clearly stated on Coles party that she would give me the sterling silver pendant I asked Cole if the charm would fit on the bracelet and she told me yes on her Facebook live videoI also bought rings from Cole that the pearls fell off Pearl Chic states that they will do everything they can to make their customers percent satisfied Satisfaction guaranteed This company is in violation of the deceptive trade act
