For one I had asked if it could be switched out and they told me it was my fault for the order. At this point I was already fed up and irritated and asked if I brought my food back in if I could get a refund. They refused saying the mistake was my fault and proceeded to tell me no. I used no profanity or racial slurs at all, and for them to claim that I did is really insulting. I have not once stepped foot back into this place, nor will I ever again. This is beyond ridiculous, we were loyal customers until one time they refused a refund when I even said id take the food back. This is unbelievable.

Review: We had ordered Chinese and went to pick it up, paid for it accordingly and brought it home, then my husband had went to work. My entire order was wrong, we had ordered general tsos x 2 we had gotten chicken lo mein and fried rice. Well we got plain lo mein and plain fried rice and they made the general tsos large when we didn't want that and they specified they could do that. I called and expressed that I wanted my order fixed and that my friend could run out to get the money back or have them fix the order and they completely refused to do anything claiming that it was my fault that the order was that way and REFUSED to refund the money back. We have always ordered from them and went inside to eat and never had that kind of service, the manager hung up on me after claiming it was my fault when he wasn't even the person that had taken my order. Highly upset about this.Desired Settlement: Would honestly like my money back for this. $26.00
