products that we offer and different performance fabrics we use in constructing our products, there can be some variation on how each product for a given size feels when wornEach person has their tolerance on how a specific garment fits on their own bodyWe have a fit model program to confirm the product's fit for each size run is consistent with our standard sizing chartsWe also recognize that each body will be slightly different and for that reason we encourage customers to visit our retailers and try on each product and decide which size suits them bestIt should be also noted that sizing charts are provided as a general guide and we could not possibly account for the diversity of shapes and sizes of different body typesFurthermore, it should be noted that this customer complaint is not really a warranty issue, as they have noted, as the customer never requested a warranty replacement based on their belief that our sizing or the sizing of a particular garment was defectiveShould the customer decide to return this item under our warranty program, we would be happy to evaluate it and ensure that the product conforms to our standards

Pearl Izumi has to stop selling their clothing through the Internet retailers.Until they establish honest correct sizing charts for the different fabrics of each type of clothing offered
As Pearl Izumi states in their response that they recommend the consumer to purchase their clothing through local retailersThen that is what Pearl Izumi should state on their web site and discontinue online sales
Other cycling company's as Cervelo do not sell their products on line due to this issue
Pearl Izumi has to learn what it is to be truthful with the consumer
