This place a huge scam! That is why they only except wire transfers I've been trying for months to try to get my bag and still nothing

I had dealt with them before, and although they were always hard to get on the phone, they came through with the bags in a timely fashion This last time, their Sales Rep, *** *** reached out to me with a good price to reprint our bags thorough themI was told they would be here by January 15th or 30th at the latestIt is now May, and I have received nothing I have called and emailed *** *** many many times with no response I did get an indignant email from him in FebruaryHe was upset that I felt he was ripping me off Since it is now May, and I have never gotten the bags, or further email, a phone call, or a refund, it is obvious that they are stealing my $
Be warned, and do not do business with this company They have made no attempt to rectify this situation, and I want my money returned to me

Review: I am filing this complaint on behalf of Citadel Products against Pearl Package. I ordered 1500 non woven bags with Pearl Package on April 14, 2014, for an special event on May 18th, 2014, with a promised delivery date by or on May 7th by Inside Sales( Justin Domineck). I gave a personal check- a prepayment of $660 which was cashed and I have a copy of it. These bags were supposed to arrive on or by May 7th and they were not delivered till date ( July 14th, 2014). I was told that the bags will come on time, have come but not cleared customs but all along these bags were never done or delivered on or by May 7th, 2014. Since they did not deliver by May 7th, the order was cancelled by May 21st and I requested that the prepayment be returned to me immediately. I have met with the Inside sales person on numerous occasions and asked that my prepayment be returned as they have not delivered the bags. I have been given the run around ever since. I have gone to Pearl Package every week and continued to do so for my prepayment but they have not returned it till date- July 14, 2014. I was kind enough to give them time till July 15th 2014 – 5pm even after all the delayed tactics they have thrown at me by not replying to my emails or returning my calls. On July 14th 2014, I told them that I was going to complain to Revdex.com if they did not give a check for $660. This was my final attempt to get the check. Finally, I hear from the sales manager that they have the bags, which is of no use to me or my customer. I have not received the check as yet. I have attempted to get my money via email, and personally also by leaving telephone messages for the Inside sales person and his Sales Manager( Brandon To) but with no luck. I would like my money back of $660 and a prompt response from Revdex.com ASAP. ThanksDesired Settlement: I need a refund of $660 given to Pearl Package as a prepayment, since they did not deliver the goods on or by May 7th. The order was cancelled on May 21st, 2014

Review: They refused to take a credit card. I had to pay via wire transfer. I supplied a bag which I paid for for matching. I was sent the incorrect bag and never was returned the $400 bag I purchased. Now I'm out $800 with no product to show for it. They never answer the phone and refuse to refund me my money and return my supplied bag.Desired Settlement: Need my money and sample back.

Review: In November 2013 we placed a custom print order with Pearl Packaging and were required to do a 50% deposit which was paid on December 6, 2013 in the amount of $950. I have tried numerous times to get in contact via email and phone with little to no response. On May 9th I finally was able to get some response and was told it was on the boat. On July 8th I was told it was being held in customs. As of today, September 15, I still have not received my order nor an any updates from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. I also feel they should be held accountable for not following through on our contract and for being completely unresponsive and shady.

Review: On August 5th, 2015 I sent a deposit check for $1380 for 4000 eco friendly re-usable totes from Pearl Packaging. After many attempts to contact the business, I have heard nothing from them, and cannot contact them with any reply. It has been 5 months, and my bags were promised in 6 weeks. At this point, I want my deposit back since I have to look elsewhere for re-usable bags.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my deposit since I never received the bags ordered. At the very least, I expect contact from the company to inform me of where my order stands and they are not able to reply to any contacting.

Review: I WIRED MONIES TO THIS COMPANY FOR THE PURCHASE OF 250 SHOPPING BAGS FOR A LADIES BOUTIQUE (La BOUTIQUE). AS OF TODAY'S DATE (JANUARY 31ST, 2014) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER NOR A TRACKING NUMBER. THIS ORDER WAS PLACE OCTOBER 29TH, 2013. I HAVE A RECEIPT FROM MY BANK WHERE THE MONIES WAS TRANSFERRED TO PEARL PACKAGE BANK OF AMERICA ACCOUNT IN IRVINE CALIFORNIA. I HAVE ATTEMPTED, ON NUMEROUS TIMES TO GET A HOLD OF A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THIS COMPANY, BY EMAIL AND TELEPHONE, BUT WITH NO AVAIL.I AM VERY CONCERN NOW BECAUSE I CANNOT GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE IN THIS COMPANY. I WOULD LIKE MY MONIES BACK. I AWAIT YOUR PROMPT RESPONSE.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A FULL REIMBURSEMENT SETTLEMENT OF $806.90.
