In reference to your letter dated March 16, regarding [redacted] The Pearl Mist, as scheduled, cruised on a 10-night itinerary beginning in Caldera, Costa Rica and commencing in Cartagena, Colombia The Pearl Mist visited ports in Costa Rica, Panama, and Colombia As a result of some local conditions, Pearl Seas Cruises modified some of the docking and anchoring locations Pearl Seas Cruises reserves the right to modify or change the itinerary as necessitated by conditions [redacted] remained onboard for the entire cruise and benefitted from all of the services provided Futhermore, she was traveling with a natural history leader, who is a travel agent and Pearl Seas Cruises has been working directly with her agent on this matter The shore excursions were complimentary for this cruise along with additional private shore excursions provided by Pearl Seas Cruises for [redacted] groupPearl Seas Cruises considers this matter closed

I am rejecting this response because:I have gone on many cruises (larger cruise liners like *** *** *** **) and this one changed most of the itinerary to the islands which had the well known parks. They also removed the itinerary from their websiteThe previous cruise going in the same direction also complained.I understand the right to change - but this was a bait and switchThat is why I do not accept this.I also understand they only had cruises going in the direction we wentSo we were the second one - ie they were newbies in the cruises going through the panama canal.They no longer are offering the cruise we went on and now are pushing Cuba.If you look at their history - they are new to the Latin America-Caribbean cruise marketWhich is why I insist this be looked into vs just take their answers at face value

I also understand they only had 2 cruises going in the direction we went. So we were the second one - ie they were newbies in the cruises going through the panama canal.
