10-28-16Pearle Vision is unaware of any warranty through the manufacturer.  Pearle Vision's warranty program is 30% of the retail price.

Cust purchased [redacted] from our location.  It is only valid here.  We offered to mail them to her but she had to pay for the shipping.  I do not believe that is unreasonable.  Thank you, Dave M. 1-24-17

I am rejecting this response because:
It does not answer my complaint at all.  It does not address my request for a refund.  I have since been informed by another optical service that all polycarbonate lenses are warranted for at least six months by the manufacturer, which Pearl never told me, but instead tried to get me to pay more money to replace!
