was wondering who do I talk to and where do I respond This customers complain does not even make sense he asked me to do a tuneup oil change and the rotors and I gave him a price of $then he called me back saying he wants to add rotors and brakes and he told me to call him and give them the new price and the new price was $He said that I didn't let him change his mind but that does not make any sense he got mad at me because I told him going to be more if you put brakes and rotors the original price we talked about was strictly for the tuneup oil change and turning a rotor which is $self of course the prices going to go up if you want urges and breaks I read the paper and it doesn't even make sense because he put about four different numbersFirst and for all I had a police officer on the site and I file charges on *** *** because when we got in the garage he grabbed my shoulder and elbow to me so he was harassing and threatening me and I was being nice to him I did not react and fight back or say anything bad back after he elbowed me he turned his video on and start videotaping me but all I did was higher my voice because I had other customers there and I don't want a problem going on and the man pushes his wife out of the way and the video and you can watch the video all I did was tell him to take his car and pay me and by that time we already have done the tune up and oil change in the rotors so when he said stop the work we did not put the brakes or the new rotors on but he still owed me the $because by the time he told me to stop the work we were done with all the other stuff but this man was harassing me and my employer he was threatening and he assaulted me so I do have an officer that I had filed the report and I can let him talk to you because he saw where the guy elbowed me directly on my face and grabbed my shoulders so I would like to talk to some one about this and show you what really happend because th tine up and oil change was quoted $and he did not even let me speak so he's saying I charged him then I changed the price but all I did wasBarge him for the labor that we did he just kept theeating us telling us you will see what I'm going to do with you but thank you so much for your time and I hope I can hear from you soon

This a response in relation to ID [redacted]. I apologize for the delay in responding since I am an over-the-road truck driver and do not get the opportunity to inspect my mail on a regular basis. This letter is to announce that I intend to pursue the issue further. This person has fabricated a story which is slanderous.
there are also allegations that I assaulted this individual with an officer present. Not only is that statement false, it is an insult to the integrity of owning a business. The individual has also claimed to have filed charges against me for assault. I am unaware of such charges or which officer was supposedly on site.
Therefore, I am announcing this issue remains unresolved and would value any assistance given in this matter.
