For complainant to call me incompetent could be followed up by me suing him for slandering my name. Every thing that was billed to medicare i'm entitiled to under New York state law. This complaint is with out merit and is a waist of my and Revdex.com employes time.

Review: I went to the optometrist of this Pearle Vision for a refraction. When I checked the prescription later I found out that the essential measurements for cylinder and axis were missing even though I had astigmatism that depended it. The three measurements are sphere, cylinder and axis. I called my ophthalmologist and he verified that I needed cylinder and axis because of my astigmatism. the optician at Pearle was adamant that the measurements were correctDesired Settlement: I feel my Medicare payments should be refunded. I feel there is a certain level of incompetence on the part of the optometrist and a certain intransigence on the part of Pearle Vision to own up to their product. I have always had the axis and cylinder values. The lack of it in their prescription is atypical.

Review: I WENT TO PEARL FOR AN EYE EXAM I PAID GOT THE EXAM AND GOT CONTACTS. I EXPLAINED WHAT BRAND I USE AND LIKE TO THE DOCTOR. SHE SAID THEY USE ANOTHER BRAND AND I COULD TRY THEM WHICH I DID. I WENT BACK YESTERDAY BECAUSE I WAS HAVING A FEW ISSUES THE EYE DOCTOR DID NOT COME OUT TO SEE ME OR RE EXAMINE ME. THE RECEPTIONIST GAVE ME ANOTHER PAIR OF CONTACTS TO TRY. I WENT TO 1800CONTACTS TO REORDER MY CONTACTS AND COULD NOT THEY CALLED THE EYE DOCTOR TO GET MY PRESCRIPTION AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO USE THE BRAND THEY GAVE ME. I DISCUSSED THIS WITH THE DOCTOR BEFORE I GAVE THEM MY MONEY THEY SAID IT WASNT A PROBLEM NOW IT IS. I SHOULD NOT BE FORCED TO WEAR A BRAND OF CONTACTS THAT THEY PROMOTE AS A CONSUMER I SHOULD BE ABLE TO WEAR WHAT I WANT.
