I am rejecting this response because: I would like to make sure that the following numbers, if possible are added to the do not call list *** *** *** *** One of these must have been already added but if they can all be added I would be appreciative I would also like an apology or acknowledgement of the poor business practice of not one, but several employees of the company, management being the worst They actually told me that they didn't have the address of where they were located so I could send a formal complaint directly They wouldn't give me any address and they were so unbelievably disrespectful and rude I would have thought the president would have at least offered an apology To think I would dream of doing business with them after they told me I was irresponsible for not getting a warranty on my car, and when I mentioned I had other cars, so it wasn't a priority plus the fact that I had a 100% disabled child that we get no assistance for they seemed so unconcerned

My bank has said there is no tracking number to go off ofThey have no way to trace the refund, because a tracking number was not provided I ask that Liberty Auto provide me with the transaction tracking number*** *** do not have any evidence it was reversed, because I never received any refund and therefore it could not be reversed. This has gone on for far too long*** *** needs to provide me FULL details of the refund transaction or reprocess the refund
