For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We never agreed on delivery of the cake to be Saturday, and contract doesn't state they will deliver the cake Saturday.

Pearls Cupcake Shop contacted Revdex.com once they were notified of the case that was filed. This consumer signed a binding contract with the business listing a non refundable deposit of ($[redacted]). The customer's contract states the date of May 27, which is a Saturday, for a Sunday wedding. The business...
will have to stick to the terms of the contract signed with the customer and agreed to by the customer in August of 2016 when the contract was signed.
I have attached copy of contract and no where is stated that they won't deliver the cake on Sunday. Please let me know if you have difficulties opening the attachment.
