Well I'm very very hurt I really trusted these people I drove an hour to get a car from them I bought the car on 2-14- 3days later low coolant sign came on we put some n fine 3days after that the car starts to over heat smoking bad wecall them they told us to send the car back we did that was they so wwhatever they do to stop it days later the car does the exact same thinformation so my husband takes it to Andrew Chevrolet just to check it they say u have a lower intake leak and a crack in ur water pumpSo we get that fixed week later the car begin to hestitate to drive gate the car checked out they say ur transmission is sliping we can try to give it a flush that didn't work so my transmission is gone:( all these policy kept saying they couldn't do anything about smh horrible horrible company they kept ignoring the fact that I have spent on a piece of junk and all I wanted to do is provide transportation for me and my kids now I'm out all that money and a car I'm at a lost for words one month after purchasing this vehicle from them:(

This is the worst place to purchase a car from! I was told lies from day one of my purchaseI purchased a Chevy Impala SS in April for the full asking price that they wanted with an agreement of delivery and a few things we didn't like about the car to be fixedNeedless to say the car never got delivered to me and none of the stuff we agreed on except for the license plate bracket was done to the carI ended up having to put into the car right from the get and was unable to drive it for almost a month and I'm still putting money into itWorst thing of all I've been waiting for the title to be sent to me since I have purchased it and it has been over months still no title and my temporary plate is expired therefore I'm unable to drive the car again until I get thatMy husband was told several times that it was in the mailWe were told that the state just cashed the check which was another lie cause I called the Wisconsin DMV and they told me they have had the title since June 11, and it is not even in my name which I was told it was going to beStill today 7/22/no title cannot drive car and my transmission fluid is now leakingLike I said never buy a car from this place everything they tell you is a lieI'm still waiting for a fog light cover and manual for the car which we were told was ordered back in April and being shipped to us

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
KM Auto Sales responded that I was told (repeatedly) the deposit was non-refundable. In addition, they stated that they called me about available vehicles that had clean titles.
In May, when I went to look at cars at KM Auto Sales, I arrived within 20 minutes of their Saturday closing time because my car had a flat tire on the way to the dealership. I took a quick test drive in a 2011 Ford Fiesta. It seemed like a good value. We discussed price and I gave a $100 deposit. It was rushed. I was nervous about making a major purchase. It is possible that the policy was mentioned but not explained. Nearly 6 weeks elapsed between the time I informed KM Auto Sales that I could not purchase the Ford Fiesta and asked about vehicles with clean titles - and the time I purchased another vehicle. I never heard from the dealership. If I had, I certainly would have returned to consider a different vehicle. I realize this is a case of my word vs. the dealership's. It is possible I made a mistake in May when I gave the deposit. Therefore, although I am not satisfied, I will not pursue this complaint.

This customer was informed at the time of her visit that any deposit made for us to hold a vehicle on her behalf was non-refundable if she ddn't buy a car.  She was informed several times before accepting this check and specifically asked if she understood.  We do have "clean title"...

vehicles at our lot.   When we did not hear from this customer, we phoned her to find out what was happening and that is when we found out that she had already purchased a vehicle elsewhere.
