This customer was informed at the time of her visit that any deposit made for us to hold a vehicle on her behalf was non-refundable if she ddn't buy a car She was informed several times before accepting this check and specifically asked if she understood We do have "clean title" vehicles at our lot When we did not hear from this customer, we phoned her to find out what was happening and that is when we found out that she had already purchased a vehicle elsewhere
