In your contract, you agree help me to acquire government contract, but you failed to do so.  You have not met the commitment of your contract.  You need to pay me back my $5,000.  This is completely a fraud.

I completely disagree with your accusation of me misleading your sales person.  It's really the opposite.  From beginning, I was very honest with the sales person, [redacted].  I told her that my business is in good standing, but I wasn't working or billing any client at the time.  I didn't just only told her, but I told everyone from your company the same facts that I had communications with.  How could I mislead you when you were that one that contacted me?  At the time, I didn't know anything about GSA or government contractors.  If you have those conditions which are so critical, why didn't you explicitly demanded from me from beginning or made it known to me.  Instead, you were so happily to accept my payment without mentioning anything about it.  It's absurd for you to say that I misled you so that I could sign your contract to pay you $5,000.  Can you convince someone to do that for me?  It's obvious that you scammed me in the whole process.  After signing the contract, I immediately and aggressively gathered up all the paperwork to meet your requirements.  By the time I was getting ready to be awarded for the work contract, you told me that my company wasn't qualified to be a government contractor.   At first, [redacted], the manager that was talking to, told me that she could set me up so that I could still provide work for either your company or your client instead of the government.  This conversation happened right before Christmas, 2015, and I agreed to it because I was thinking that I should try to work with you.  However, after the New Year, I contacted [redacted] again, and she told me that a different story.  She would let another consulting person to work with me and would apply the $5,000 contract fee toward that service.  I disagreed to that because that was not what we agreed on before the break.  During the conversation with [redacted], she tried to equivocate the situation by blaming on other things such as my communications, other witnesses in her company, my intention of misleading her company, etc.  Everyone in your company that I spoke to boasts that your company has been in business for more than 30 years and never failed to win an award for any of your client is truly cynical.  I find the conduct of your business is a laughingstock.  I just don't want to do business with you again, and I want my money back.
Regards,
[redacted]

Again, please reach out to our client services team so we can be sure to assist you properly.Thank you!

To Mr [redacted],Actually you are the one who mislead us.  You told the sales person the services you provide were current and up to date.  In actuality, when we asked you for more information in the form of current invoices you could not provide them.  You told us you no longer provided...

those services and therefore you would not qualify for this particular government contract.  This is an additional service provided on your contract if and only if you qualify for it. It is not included in the price. Regarding your contract, which I have attached for reference, you purchased state vendor registrations, a VA registration and a FEMA registration.  Per the contract those services have been completed in full and you received confirmation emails that they were.  That is why you have lost your dispute with [redacted] is because we have fully provided the services on the agreed upon contract. If you would like to move forward with the government contract in the future and you provide those services again under your company we would me more than happy to process it for you.Thank you and have a good day!
