I had the absolute worst experience taking my car in for maintenance
Background: I work for a company that requires a lot of travel, and I have a fleet vehicle
I took my car in on Friday, December I stated the couple of issues I was having with my Ford Fusion (just hit 60,miles), and they wrote it down incorrectlyThey never called to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong with it; so I contacted them nearly a week laterI explained the main issue I was having with it, and Dustin told me that was a separate issue and they'd have to take a look at it againI called a couple of days before Christmas because I still hadn't heard anything, and he said they were still having trouble finding the issue but he'd try to have it back to me on Christmas EveI still never heard anythingToday, I get a call from Enterprise saying they received a call from the fleet company that my car was done, I had picked it up, and returned the rental carI had notSo I had to call the fleet company and explain that I had not been contacted by Dustin or the dealership at allThe fleet company had to contact the dealership to make sure no one had took off with my vehicleAnd they said they must have mixed it up, and my car is still there but it's done
I am so upset with the lack of customer service, the inattention to detail, lack of organization, and less than enthused attitudesI really hope they don't treat their customers like this on a regular basis, but I will NEVER take my car here again

The vehicle was originally dropped off in our service night time drop box by a friend of [redacted] named [redacted]. On the night time drop envelope (See Attached) she authorized us to diagnose 3 items and signed the terms form. -
Roman'; font-stretch: normal;">        Wobbly when driving- Right tire -        Temperature knob doesn’t turn well -        License plate light In her statement she claims that she didn’t want us to diagnose the heater or temperature issue. However, her friend asked us to do so on the night time drop envelope attached.
