Review: I fully paid for the installation of an air conditioning system from Pearson Plumbing per invoice date 11/7/2012 and processed by [redacted] of Pearson Plumbing. Following initial installation of the system, I was required to mount the disconnect box on the wall and supply the 50-amp service to the condenser unit prior to Pearson Plumbing's completion of the installation. This was completed and Pearson Plumbing was informed in due course. Subsequently, the company failed to complete the following conditions of the contract:1. "After 50-amp service is supplied to condenser I will come back and check refrigerating charge and adjust pressures as necessary."2. Install the condensation pump3. Install condensation discharge line 4. Install plastic cover over the wall mounted suction line from attic to the condenser. I contacted the owner, Christopher Pearson on 4-3-13 who stated that there was an expiration date to the completion of their contract. However, this condition is not reflected in the invoice provided by Pearson Plumbing and signed by me.Desired Settlement: Pearson Plumbing to complete the contracted work.
