Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The reason I am not satisfied with the response from Pearson pools is primarily because they do not address the complaintsI stated that they did not return the Polaris pool cleanerThat was not addressed. I stated that there were different occasions where they're employee quit showing up and my pool turned greenThat was not addressedI stated that they just quit showing up without any notification and did not return several voice mails left on their telephone numberThat was not addressed.Regarding the grass clippings, is seems they are suggesting that I purposely put the clippings in the poolThat of course is ludicrous It is impossible to keep any grass clippings from going in the pool, however they did bring it up to me when I complained that it didn't appear like their employee did anything to clean the poolAfter that I asked my mowing service to be more careful and I noticed that the next time there were significantly fewer clippings in the poolAdditionally, I made sure the pump was turned on as soon as they started mowing to alleviate some of the issue As to the dog, Pearson knew I had dogs, and the technician knows that when possible, I brought the dogs inside so he would not be disturbedThat said, at no time did the technician from Pearson pools or the office call me and say anything about this issueThis is the very first time this has been brought up.Lastly, when the Pearson rep first came to my home to give me a bid on servicing it they assured me that I would not have to do anything to maintain itHe stated that their job was to maintain the pool in such a manner to ensure that is was ready for us to use at any timeFurthermore, he assured me that they guaranteed I would be pleased with their services.They failed to live up to that guarantee
