Review: I enrolled for an online Teacher Assistant exam for February **, 2014. The day of the exam, when I went to take it and presented my ID, I was informed that the name on the ID did not match the registration name, therefore, I could not take the test and needed to contact the main office to explain the issue. On the registration I had written my first, middle and last name and forgot to add my married last name although all my other information matched, since the ID did not include my married name as well, I was not allowed to take the exam. When I called the company to explain my situation they said that according to the agreement, they could not provide me a refund. I overlooked writing my second last name, but I had proof and all my documents indicated that I was the person on the registration list.Desired Settlement: I am requesting refund of the $85, which is the cost of the exam I never took and I am dissatisfied with the response I received from the company.

Review: I scheduled an exam and then was notified by the school that I am applying to that the exam is not required in my case, because I already have a graduate degree. I immediately contacted [redacted] and informed them of the situation. They stated that they would refund the fee and cancel my appointment for the exam. I would have taken them exam, so that I could use it for another school’s graduate application if needed, but they offered to refund the fee. I gratefully accepted their offer refund and cancel the scheduled exam.

Unfortunately, despite their pledge to refund the exam, the initial charge was processed and the refund was not provided. Therefore, I did not receive the service (i.e. the exam), but I was charged. I would either like a refund for the charge or I would like to take the exam.Desired Settlement: Refund
