In Mr***'s response, he clearly states that his "...complaint was against ***..," and that "Chase was very unhelpful to resolving this..." Yet he has decided to file a complaint against the Lost Trail LodgeThis does not make sense.He also states "Lost Trail Lodge is has been extremely unhelpful." The only direct contact Mr***’s party made with the Lost Trail Lodge was a phone call on July 2nd, in which Mrs*** confirmed knowledge that the accommodation did not have a private bathroom and notified the innkeeper that they were disregarding the lodge’s strong recommendation that guests arrive before darkMrs*** was once again informed that an arrival after dark was not advised, as the road is not lit or marked At NO OTHER TIME did Mror Mrs*** make an attempt to directly correspond with anyone at the Lost Trail Lodge.Regarding requested retribution for costs incurred by a stay at another property:This request is deniedMr*** made the decision to seek out alternate accommodations at a different property on his own accordUpon request, Mr*** would have been upgraded to a room with a private bathroom for the nights of July 3rd and 4th at no additional feeMr*** made no contact with a representative of the Lost Trail Lodge while he was on the premises to express his dissatisfaction, or to give notice that he was checking out before his scheduled check out date.Regards,---***Lost Trail Lodge***www.losttraillodge.com

I am rejecting this response because: The original complaint was against *** for misleading information about the Lost Trail LodgeThe information on ***s site about the Lost Trail Lodge indicated that the cabin we had reserved had a bathroom in the unit, this was not the caseI registered and thought I was paying *** for the reservation but it was charged from lost trail lodge directlyWhen I filed a complaint through *** they only recognize the billing party which is Lost Trail Lodge in this caseThey will not refer back to misinformation from ***'s site as my original claim was against*** refused to accept responsibility for the misinformation*** was very unhelpful to resolving this as well which brings me to filing a complaint through the Revdex.com. The Lost Trail Lodge is a accident waiting to happenI tripped many times and could not see where I was walkingThere is exposed electrical extension cords all over the groundThere are no walk ways or lights outsideI suffer from a very serious condition and need to have access to a bathroom at all timesIf I can't be reimbursed for the amount of dollars I will pursue a small claims case against Lost Trail Lodge for an amount of no less than 5,dollarsThe increase in the amount due to the stress involved with this whole situation which in turn causes me a great deal of pain and sufferingLost Trail Lodge is has been extremely unhelpful

I am rejecting this response because: Yes the complaint was against the misinformation provided by *** was contacted immediately and so was *** to resolve the issue, as noted in forms submitted*** said it was not their responsibility because Lost trail billed me directly, which I was unaware of until seeing the roomAt no point did I confirm the lack of facilitiesThe only contact was to confirm we were arriving lateIt was my gf who called not myselfSo at this point Lost trail is manipulating the truthThe reason *** rejected the claim was because it was billed from lost trail and not ***, they only assume information off lost trails site and not ***s, as stated before *** has removed lost trails lodge from their siteThis caused an issue with confirming the issues addressed with attached filesI also expected *** to be more helpful with providing a solution but they said there was nothing they could do, lost tails was also contacted through *** and they said there was no available options and refunds are unavailableSo I had to seek out proper accommodations and with short notice there was only the hyatt that had a single room leftThere was no cell service or representative available on arrival or the next day, after tripping over extension cords and overgrown brush to use a bath room more more then 200ft away, it was without soap or toilet paperLost Trail Lodge was also in multiple violations of ADA requirements for accessible lodging and this was definitely never mentions anything on the lost trails site. h*** *** *** I will seek an attorney at this point as this is unnecessary stress and affects my health conditionI will not respond to any other responses from Lost trail
